The Epcot Food and Wine Festival is my absolute favorite time of year at Disney. It’s less crowded, the weather has cooled down, and Epcot has some of the BEST things you’ll ever eat from all over the world at their annual Food and Wine Festival.
If you’re thinking of planning a trip to Disney, here are five things you absolutely must try at the Epcot Food and Wine Festival. If you weren’t planning a trip to Disney before, some of these delicious desserts might just change your mind!
You don’t need a special ticket for the Epcot Food and Wine Festival. Just your regular ticket to Epcot will get you in!
1. Croissant Doughnuts from Taste Track
A croissant and a doughnut got married and had a beautiful baby. A croissant doughnut has all the best features of both. It’s flaky, buttery, and crispy like a croissant, then deep fried and topped with fun toppings like a doughnut.
There are 4 different types of croissant doughnuts you can get, all pictured above. You can also get them topped with gelato (multiple flavors). My favorites were the cinnamon sugar and rainbow sprinkles!!
Where to Find: Food truck near the Test Track ride.
2. Warm Chocolate Pudding from Ireland
This was probably my favorite thing I had at the Epcot Food and Wine Festival. It’s a super soft, rich, decadent flourless chocolate cake, topped with Irish Cream Liqueur Custard. You cannot taste the alcohol at all.
I was so full when I tried this, so I was only expecting to take a bite or two, but I ended up eating almost the entire thing. It’s SO good!! Don’t miss this one!!
Where to Find: Near United Kingdom in the Epcot World Showcase

3. Sweet Potato Poutine from Canada
If you’re not familiar with poutine, it’s classic Canadian comfort food. Traditional poutine is fries topped with brown gravy and cheese curds. It’s SO good!!
In Canada at the Epcot World Showcase you can find a fun twist on traditional poutine. Sweet potato fries are topped with caramel sauce and mini marshmallows!
They also have a traditional poutine and a beef brisket poutine.

4. Carrot Cake from America
If you’re a fan of carrot cake, you will LOVE this warm carrot cake with cream cheese icing!! I am not a huge fan of cream cheese frosting, but I LOVED this!!
Where to Find: At the Hops & Barley stand in America at the Epcot World Showcase
5. Pão de Queijo (Brazilian Cheese Bread) from Brazil
Pão de queijo (AKA Brazilian cheese bread) is a small baked roll stuffed with gooey, melty cheese. It’s a traditional recipe and popular snack in Brazil!
Where to Find: In Brazil Between Morocco and France at the Epcot World Showcase
