Therese June 29, 2010 at 10:48 am

Grilled steak with corn on the cob. The corn was wrapped husked, wrapped in foil with lots of butter, the steak was medium rare and so tasty……….yum. TKS for asking!

Layne June 29, 2010 at 10:48 am

Hi Amanda!
My husband and I LOVE grilled salmon…you lather the salmon with molasses and sprinkle Season-All on top, wrap it in tinfoil (you can add veggies in the tin foil for a complete meal) and throw it on the grill. The sweet and salty makes the salmon incredible!

Elyse Sanneman June 29, 2010 at 10:48 am

Oooh! Pick me Pick me!! I’m going camping in a few weekends!! :)
The best thing I have ever eaten grilled is Mexican Corn. Take an ear of corn, spread mayo over it, sprinkle with chile powder, wrap in alumninum foil and grill. Sounds strange but is AMAZINGLY delicious!

Niki June 29, 2010 at 10:49 am

The best thing I ever ate grilled was Greek Grilled Chicken Kabobs that had been marinaded in a seasoned yogurt – it was the tenderest most flavorful chicken ever – and had feta cheese on it. I cooked it for friends one summer and everyone was blown away!

Linsey June 29, 2010 at 10:49 am

I am pretty boring-or just easy to please! Give me grilled chicken smothered in BBQ sauce or a hamburger and I am happy as can be!

What an awesome giveaway!! Don’t you just love the Crisco non-stick sprays?!?!?! The “best thing I ever ate” grilled is Zucchini & Yellow Squash. I slice the zuchhini & squash lengthwise & about 1/4″ thick, rub generously with olive oil, sprinkle with garlic salt, put it on the grill just until it has good char marks on it. It is amazing and extremely simple! Red onions (don’t know why they are called red when they are purple!) are quite delightful grilled the same way and placed on your favorite burger!!

Kristy June 29, 2010 at 11:07 am

My first answer was going to be a hot dog, since I LOVE barbecued hot dogs and I don’t think I ever had one that I didn’t like! But then I remembered barbecuing some steaks- filet mignons- for my Dad and family for Father’s Day one year. Awesome!

Trish June 29, 2010 at 11:14 am

I love twice baked potatoes, though the name doesn’t really fit if they’re grilled and not baked that 2nd time around, does it? Regardless, they’re delicious. I’m looking forward to reading the rest of the comments to snag some grilling ideas. I plan on using my grill to the fullest this summer but haven’t moved much past the standards of burgers, chicken, corn on the cob, and these yummy not-baked-twice potatoes.

Lisa June 29, 2010 at 11:22 am

The best grilled thing I ever ate was your basic run of the mill hamburgers. What’s so special about that? They were special because it was a picinic with my hubby and both my boys. Tricia C. June 29, 2010 at 11:41 am

Our favorite grilled meal is marinated steaks with grilled marinated veggies (squash, mushrooms, onion, red and green bell peppers, and any other veggies I have on hand at the time).

We marinade the steak over night in EVOO, a splash of soy, splash of worcestershire sauce, citrus (orange, lemon, lime or grapefruit) slices, minced garlic, and whatever else catches my fancy.

The veggies we marinade for just about 2 hours in basically the same as above but typically add some crushed red pepper to it for a bit of a kick.

I’m so glad it was lunchtime when I saw this post or I’d be drooling right now! LOL

Amanda you are simply amazing!!! Thank you for all your hard work, I always look forward to reading your blog!
