Alfredo Tortellini

Alfredo Tortellini is a quick and easy meal that can be ready in 15 mins or less for those nights when, if you’re like me, you’ve procrastinated making dinner until you only have 30 mins left to prepare it and eat it before you have to take your obnoxious, degenerate of a dog to obedience school. Like tonight. :p
The rich, creamy sauce makes Alfredo Tortellini one of my favorite meals. We eat it as a main course, all by itself. When I’m trying to fancy it up to serve for company, I serve it with salad and texas toast. If you wanted to get all healthy, you could add in some sweet peas. But yuck, who likes vegetables?? Not me. You could also leave out the ham and serve this as a side dish. Maybe like for steak. Or leave in the ham! I don’t mind one bit. At any rate, this meal is yummy, quick, easy, and versatile! Make it ASAP. :D

Alfredo Tortellini
1 (8 oz) pkg cheese tortellini
1 cup ham, diced
(8 oz) cream cheese
1 pkg dry Italian dressing
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup milk
1/2 stick butter
Add tortellini to a large pot of boiling salted water and let cook for 8 to 10 minutes. Meanwhile, heat a skillet to medium heat. Add the cream cheese, butter, cream of chicken soup, Italian dressing, and milk and stir until smooth. Once smooth, add in ham and stir to coat. After the tortellini finishes boiling, drain, then add to cream sauce. Stir to evenly coat and serve warm.

Perfect, Creamy, Fettuccine Alfredo

This one sounds good too. Ever tried it with chicken?
This recipe is soooo easy and good! My picky two-year old loved it (even with the peas)!!! Thanks so much!
WOW, another great pasta dish to try. My son will love this. Oh my poor hips. This is a must try. Mahalo for sharing recipe with us. (^_~)
Ooooooooooh! This is next on my list to try!! YUM!
Ohhhhhh, maaaaaaaaah, jeepers! I made this for dinner tonight (with chicken instead of ham, and I threw in some broccoli too) and it’s to DIE FOR! Thanks Mandy, this is our new favorite go-to meal!
Okay so I tried, this recipie, but it came out really salty tasting. I think it was the ham, I used sliced ham (cut into squares), and my mom thought 1 cup of ham wasn’t enough so we doubled it – just the ham. So what I’m wondering is – was it the ham? Or did I do something wrong? (Though, the rest of the recipie I followed to a tee)
I Love this recipe!!! It’s so easy to make and so good. I did add chicken instead of ham and the second time I made it I only used half a packet of the Italian(The first time I thought it was a little too strong.) Thankyou so much for all of your wonderful recipes and your great fonts!
