Coffee Crusted Steak

Coffee Crusted Steak Recipe

Good morning! I am so excited to share this incredible steak recipe with you guys! Goodness gracious, this was delicious. I took my simple, tried-and-true ribeye steak recipe that Kevin *loves* and completely transformed it into something purely magical with a simple coffee crust. This will totally send your tastebuds into overdrive!

You will love this steak if:

1. You don’t like coffee.
2. You don’t like black coffee.
3. You prefer your coffee with unmentionable amounts of cream and sugar.

And guess what. You’ll love it if you DO like coffee too! :)

It is seriously delicious and could not be easier. Just check out the simple recipe below.

Golly, if I hadn’t recently (January 2010) become a vegetarian, I may adore this recipe. It looks great Amanda! I am pretty sure my husband and I have had tracer amounts of meat, however, since we’ve been here in K-Town. Vegetarian is not a word used often here.

I really love reading and looking at your posts!

Wow…this looks fantastic. I’ll have to give the recipe to my hubby. He loves grilling things and smoking things. We both love coffee esp. with lots of cream and sugar. Thanks so much for sharing the pics and recipe. I’m drooling already. ;)

I can’t imagine the taste of this one, but I totally trust your judgement. My hubby gets to grill all the meat in our house, lucky me.

At first glance, coffee and steak seem odd together, but I’ve tried several of your recipes and have never been disappointed. I was pleasantly suprised with this one. My husband loved it as well. Thanks so much!

A friend of mine pours a cup of coffee in the pan when she makes her roasts. It makes the BEST gravy. So I can only imagine how yummy this recipe will be. I’ll be trying this real soon. Can’t wait!:-)
