Hi! The very first thing I would do is to make stencils for my recycled linen fabric bags and aprons. Then I would dig out all my 200 year old slate pieces and make gorgeous welcome signs with my own original artwork stenciled or stamped on them using this new and fabulous tool!!! I would make gorgeous designs for the stones along my driveway, maybe the back of my husband’s head, tattoos for his gorgeous back, and even designs on my spotted dog!!! Who knows where it will end?

Oh my gosh, Amanda!!! You have no idea how bad I want one of these….I have a project in my head of doing subway art with knives, spoons & fork designs and making a trio of them for my kitchen with coordinating patterned scrapbook paper as the background. I have looked high and low and just can’t find the “right” decorations for my walls so I figured the only way I’ll get them is to make them!

I would love this machine, I a have osteo arthritis and it would really help me bigtime! wow, what wouldn’t I make, the tatoos would be so cool for my grandkids, and home decor would be fun, I love making cards for all ocassions and that would be nice. I thnk the first thig I would make a thank you card for you guys for being so good to us crafters and even if I don’t win, I will send you one anyway!

I have been told about this cool tool through a scrapbooking buddy. I really, really like the idea of etching on glass too. And the idea to etch your potluck dishes/casseroles is a super idea. No more gross tape that falls off anyways. And make my own saying or the grandkids cute sayings would be so cool on our walls! Here’s hoping!

OMG! I have already thought of five ways I can use this today! I’m painting the house (before I get married…not to mention all the ways i can use it for the wedding) and my home decor wall stickers are going to have to go. The Silhouette would be perfect for recreating the “stickers” that are no longer available for order. I’ve seen these in the craft store, but had no idea they did all this! WOW.

The 1st thing I would do with this awesome Silhouette would be to make holiday cards, gift tags and paper decorations for Thanksgiving and christmas dinner. Since the holidays are right around the corner I’ve been thinking of all the fun crafts. I also would make many fun items for a craft show my friend and I are doing next month. Its at the local elementary school to help raise money for the school!

I am a Girl Scout leader so this would be used for all kinds of arts and crafts projects. My daughter is in college and loves to create T-shirts for her and her friends. This looks amazing! I would love it! A couple of years ago I inherited all of my grandparents’ photos and albums when they had to go into the nursing home. This is a great giveaway…but what to do with such an item. Considering I spent 2 hours in Michael’s last week “playing” with the machine similar, it would be used for so many things. My kitchen, office, bedroom, bathroom, mother’s office, sewing room, friends office, bedroom, the list could go on and on.

Would LOVE to have this machine. Moving to an RV soon to live full time on the road traveling around the US, and the size and weight of the Silhouette would be perfect, since size and weight issues are uppermost in what I’ll bring along. I like to decorate cakes and there are certain things that are impossible to make out of fondant, etc. and have them look good — I think that I could use the Silhouette for that. The first thing I would do is Try the Vinyl cutting all persons are talking about. I havn’t had the gutts to try this on my cricut at all, but I’m sure this silhouette will Rock Out at it!!
I’d have my walls in living room filled with warm welcomes Giving God the glory of course; and then try some glass etching on some 4×4 mirrors for my family & friends come Christmas time; and daughters locker at school of course….

I would absolutely LOVE this machine! I would start by making the custom greeting cards & matching gift wrap/bags. I am always disappointed with the selection of cards and git wrap at my local stores and the prices are ridiculous! I would then start in on the baby books that I am so far behind in making…my first two kids have baby books the next three do not :(

With the size of my family..the Silhouette Craft Cutter would definitely be very well used in my home.

I have a Silhouette, but I would love a new portable one!

So, I’m gonna say that I would first make a welcome sign for my door, then my daughter’s name on her door, then some iron on transfer tshirts, and THEN a big vinyl guitar for her wall. Oh, and a No Solicitors sign. Cuz that’s a must at naptime (mine!).

My LSS has a Silhouette and it is so much fun. I would LOVE to have one myself, so that I can use it ALL of the time. I love to scrapbook so I would probably use it for that the most, but I also want to try out the different types of iron-ons, like the flocked and the glittery one. There are so many options for this machine, though I would definitely have to try everything out eventually. :)

I would make personalized gifts, specially this Christmas.In my country, I can’t find this machine to buy. Particularly, now that I am unemployed I would definitely take advantage to build my own art and crafts blog and include this technique. One of our windows also needs an embellishment to cheer up the building. But i would use it also in pictures and canvas for a beautiful painting.

This is a totally awesome idea. I have been wanting one for a while.

This is so awesome!!
The first thing I would do is take it to our private school so that the teachers can cut out letters for their bulletin boards and craft projects. Our teachers cut them out a lot by hand!!!

Then I would put letters on everything I could get my hands on!!

Amanda, What an awesome give-a-way. The first thing I would do is cut out some scrapbooking titles for pages I am now working on. Then I think it would be great to do some glass etching for Christmas gifts. I’m keeping my fingers crossed for this one. Thanks, Tina

Wow…Thanks so much for this give-a-way! Most likely the first thing to make would be cards and I can see my 3 Grandson’s wanting Grandma to make them tatoos!

Wow! I’d LOVE to learn how to etch glass with this cool tool!! First thing I’d etch is my canisters…then onto making some cute little mirrors as gifts! My head is spinning now!! LOL!
