Peanut Butter Banana Apple Smoothie

Peanut Butter Banana Apple Smoothie Happy December, friends! Thought I’d share a quick fun smoothie recipe with you today. This is Kevin’s favorite smoothie, and he especially loves it at Christmas because it looks so festive with the red apple flecks!

Peanut Butter Banana Apple Smoothie

Just 3 simple ingredients here: a banana, an apple, peanut butter + 1 cup crushed ice. A fabulously delicious protein-filled snack or lunch!

Peanut Butter Banana Apple Smoothie

Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend until smooth. Can I just say how much I am dying over KitchenAid’s brand new hot pink Diamond Blender??! :) It blended everything perfectly smooth in seconds, no stopping and stirring! LOVE that in a blender!

Peanut Butter Banana Apple Smoothie

So quick and easy, and so pretty for Christmas! :) Drink up!! :) xoxo

Peanut Butter Banana Apple Smoothie

1 banana, peeled
1 apple, cored and sliced
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1 cup crushed ice

Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.

Makes 1 serving.

Double ovens are so useful during the holidays when you’ve got a turkey/roast/ham that needs to get going, but you’ve also got something sweet you need to bake.
I’ve want to throw in a batch of pfeffernusse cookies so the whole house smells like Christmas!

This recipe was SO simple, and SO delicious! I made it yesterday, and this morning. I added in my daily Dannon Activia Greek Strawberry patch yogurt today. It made it even more creamy and delicious. I layered my ice first this time. When I first made it I put the ice in last, and it took forever to get it all chopped up. Thanks for sharing, I’ll be making this a lot!
