Just 3 simple ingredients here: a banana, an apple, peanut butter + 1 cup crushed ice. A fabulously delicious protein-filled snack or lunch!

Peanut Butter Banana Apple Smoothie
1 banana, peeled
1 apple, cored and sliced
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1 cup crushed ice
