She has been experiencing many difficulties in her life (the worst is the severe health issue her husband has and with the most recent complication his death might be imminent). She is passionate about preparedness in the home, self reliance, food storage, etc. And she is a pro at it since she has had to live these principles for so many years of her married life.

I would love to win a blog makeover!! I love the idea of the photoshop tutorials, I have no clue how to do anything in photoshop and would love to learn.
I would love to win, I do design my own blogs myself, but my recipe blog could really use a makeover. I would like a great design to showcase all of our favorite family recipes that we make. I keep this blog, trying to get it filled when I have the time, so I can easily access my recipes when at my parents house, friends, etc. With 3.5yr old twins and a 1.5 yr old time is limited between them, full-time job, designing myself, making hairbows, etc. (Can you tell I keep busy?)
I would love the custom to reflect the recipes and clean lines. But I would also be happy with the pre-made ones. If I was chosen for that I would probably choose: Home Sweet Home or Stitched Circles. One less blog to design right now would be a huge help!!

I enjoy my blog. I’ve often toyed with the idea of having a separate page for scrapping & recipes, but yet the scrapping is a part of what I blog. So, for me …. I’d like some help just fixing it up and making it ‘clean’. My header is fun & depicts the Big Red Barn — some buttons for new pages and sections of my blog would be great.
