Hi friend! I’m so glad you came by today. I’m thrilled to be participating in a fun Holiday Home Tour with some incredibly talented bloggers. Feel free to come on in and take a look around! :)
As you’re scrolling through the photos of our home, you can click on the links below to see more detailed photos from each room. And if you have any specific questions about paint colors or where we got something, check out the Source List at the bottom of the post. :)
And definitely be sure to visit all the homes on our Holiday Home Tour! The Inspired Room is before me and Home Stories A to Z is after me. I’ll post a link down at the bottom of this post so you can check out all the homes. :)
Now please come in and stay as long as you like! :)
The Foyer
This is the view from our foyer as you come in the front door.
The Dining Room
The dining room table is one of the first things you see when you walk in the door.
I like to keep things simple and neutral. To transition the table from fall, to Christmas, to everyday, I just swap out the napkins, foliage, and candles. You can see the subtle changes from our Fall Dining Room Table.
A view from the other side of the table, looking at our staircase and into the office.
I just love these fun candy cane striped napkins and sparkly chargers! Both are from Pier 1.
This glittery candle is also from Pier 1.
These tiny red sleds are on each end of the table.
Another view of the staircase and the gallery wall.
The Living Room
Now step into the living room! :)
I love this vintage red sled right by the back door.
Here’s a view standing in front of the fireplace, looking at the front door. Upstairs you can see our travel gallery wall.
Vintage skis and ice skates.
This is the view looking into the living room from the kitchen.
My friend Molly from Molly Quinn Interiors came to stay with me one weekend and helped me decorate the living room. Love the pieces she picked out, especially this artwork by Helen Bolin.
Love the texture!
Curl up with some cookies and hot cocoa in front of the tree by the fire. :)
The Kitchen
The kitchen and breakfast area open up to the living room.
The door beyond leads to the walk-in pantry.
The Hot Chocolate Bar
During the holidays we set up our famous hot chocolate bar. :)
Be sure to check out this post for more photos of the hot chocolate bar! :)
But here’s a sneak peek for now. Tons of fun hot chocolate flavors, marshmallows, mix-ins, and toppings! :)
Thanks so much for coming by today!! I loved having you here. If you have any questions, I’m happy to answer them in the comments below! :)
Happy Holidays!! :) xoxo

And don’t forget to check out all the other amazing homes on the tour! Visit Chris Carey at Just a Girl for the entire list.
How did you mount the skis on the wall?
Wow, what a wonderful collection! I wish I could just take a visiting tour throuh these houses, it woul’d be rewarding enough. Thanks.
Really like your kitchen table Lighting Fixture…. Who makes it or where did you purchase? Thank you so much!
Hi Amanda. We’re trying to mount skis that look like yours- meaning not solid wood- and we wonder how you did it! Tips, please?
i’m LOVING that antler monogram wreath. I know you listed where you go it, but that doesn’t seem right as it take me to an outfitter store! Was that an error?
That’s where I got it! They are a local outdoor clothing boutique with a home section. Although I got it over a year ago, so I don’t know if they still have them. I bet Etsy would have something similar!
I checked out Kinnucan’s for the door monogram and couldn’t find it. Any idea where else I might find it?
same!!
Beautiful décor Amanda! I specially love the tablescape on your dining room table and of course the hot chocolate bar!
I want to play in the hot chocolate bar!!! :)
Your house looks beautiful and so festive!! You are totally awesome for including such a detailed source list! ;)
Loved the tour of your beautiful home.thank you
I am in love with all your chandeliers!!! I know that’s not part of the decorating, but if you ever want to get rid of them, I’m your buyer! ;-) Love that tall tree (a little jealous of your ceiling height) and the vintage sleigh. And that artwork is beautiful. Thanks for sharing your home!
Everything is lovely! I especially love the skis and the sled and I want to come over for hot chocolate.
WOW! Your home is beautiful and I love the hot chocolate bar!
ha……I just saw your source list at the bottom! you can ignore my question! Thank you!
Where is your coffee table from? And do the drawers open?
Thx:)
Wow. You have an incredibly beautiful home! That hot chocolate bar was just the cherry on top ;)
Such a warm and welcoming home! Lovely job decorating for the holidays!
Hope you and Kevin have a happy holiday season!!!
Love your house especially the extreme detailing you put in the dining room table!
Thank you for sharing your home with us!
Have a joyous Holiday Season!
Absolutely gorgeous, as usual.
I have vintage skis up as well. I like your configuration better than mine, how did you secure those to the wall/get them to stay in the “tight X” formation?
Beautiful home & job well done. So tasteful and every corner done without looking messy and cluttered! The tree is amazing and loving your natural color scheme at home. Looks like a very cozy Christmas!xo
Your home is beautiful Amanda! Thanks for sharing!
Beautiful home and Christmas decor. Love the hot cocoa bar. I’ve been seeing them a lot lately, even here in my hometown of St. Louis, but yours is one of the most complete and unique set-ups. Shared.
In my haste to express my amazement in your cord-free TV (lol), I forgot to say how absolutely stunning your home is, and how much I love it when you post pics of it!! It looks beautiful!
aMANDA, i enjoyed visiting your beautiful home and getting inspired. tHANX FOR SHARING
Your house is beautiful. I wish I had tall ceilings like that for a huge tree. Although it would just be something bigger for the cats to climb haha.
Absolutely stunning! Your house is so inspiring and makes me feel so warm and fuzzy inside!
Beautiful! Can I come over for hot cocoa? ;)
Very pretty home and decor! I have my dad’s skis. How did you hang them?
Thanks you!
Thank you, Christine! I bought them already put together and ready for hanging, but they are screwed together in the middle from the back and there is a piece of hardware on the back (looks like this) for hanging. Hope this helps! :)
It looks absolutely gorgeous!!! Love it all :-)
stunning!
Absolutely beautiful, Amanda! I love that beautiful tall Christmas tree! :)
Your Christmas tour is gorgeous! Every room is perfect. I love your gigantic Christmas tree, aren’t tall ceilings the best? :)
Anna
What a beautiful holiday display, as always! I love it! Now I would love some hot cocoa! (:
Love home tours! Your home looks beautiful for the holidays! I know it’s not part of the holiday decor, but I just love your travel gallery wall upstairs! What a great idea! i also love the white montage photo frame on the staircase wall! I have been looking for a white photo montage frame and they are so hard to find! I can find them in black and brown everywhere, but not the white! Merry Christmas to you all!
Thank you, Beth! :) The white collage frame is still available from Pier One! :) Savannah Collage Frame
Your home is decorated beautifully for the holidays. The hot chocolate bar is an adorable idea!
So pretty and love the hot cocoa bar :)
Amanda, I have been following your blog almost from the beginning…and you never cease to amaze me!!! You have to be high energy and super organized! Everything is beautiful, and it is especially cool to watch your transformation over the years! Merry Christmas to you, Kevin, Miley and Howie!! Diane
I’m dying to know how you don’t have a bunch of cords hanging down from your TV??? I HATE the look of cords and would love to not be able to see mine!
There is an electrical outlet behind the TV that it is plugged into, and then the TV’s HDMI cable is run through the wall to a media closet on the other side of the living room where the other equipment is.
Can you please tell me where you purchased your lights over the bar in the kitchen?
Thank You!
Christine
Hi Christine! They are Rope and Clear Cylinder Glass Pendant Lights from Shades of Light. Hope this helps! :)
Wow. Just WOW. There is so much to say, but I can’t find the words. In LUUUUUURVE with your house! <3
Merry Christmas sweet girl!
XOXOXO
