*Another* New Blog Design!!!

How do you make such a cute blog? I want something similar to this, and I just love your blog! I’m great in photoshop, but what else do you do to design all your own links, and I especially love each blog posts border, etc. Any hints would be GREAT!! You do such an amazing job.
