My dad was everything to me growing up. He taught me to be tough and to experience everything in the world. He taught me to travel and believe it our not.. I am in a creative field right now, and it is all because of what he taught me. I love my dad, but he passed away suddenly three years ago at the age of 59. I never had a chance to say good bye. The watercolor would honor my dad’s love for the arts..whether it be on paper or in music or any other way.. my dad was every bit of creativity. So, this would honor my father, P.K. I love you dad.

My furry baby Milo. He’s my 14 yr.old black pug that’s blind in one eye, deaf and has arthritis in his back legs but he’s continued to bring such joy into my life long after my five children have left the nest. He is truly deserving of such a
special portrait.

15

My mother and I. My mother died a little over 12 years ago. While she was sick, there was a photograph taken of her and I together when I was sitting on her bed and was talking to her. That photograph brings back a lot of happy memories even though she was so sick and every time I see it, I cry happy tears. I would love to be able to preserve this memory in a watercolor.
