I am freakishly fascinated by this unassuming little scale.
More than once I’ve stepped on that devilish contraption known as the bathroom scale and wondered, Well, hmm. What the heck is going on here?

This is perfect. My bathroom scale has recently stopped working- don’t worry I tried changing the battery and nothing. But to get back to your original question, my favorite snack would have to be ….. Chobani pomegranate greek yogurt with granola. Or just the classic Pink Lady apple wedges.

Cool scale! My favorite thing is more of a breakfast thing than a snack, but I love an english muffin with natural peanut butter and sliced banana’s on top. I usually buy the 100 cal english muffins to keep the calories down. I also love the Weight Watchers yogurts….so good!

I love fresh fruit salad… cantaloupe, kiwi, grapes, apple, pineapple. Yum!
Favorite Snack is Apples and Peanut Butter. On weight watchers, apples are 0 and 1 Tablespoon of PB is 3 Points! Makes for a nice healthy protein filled mid day snack. I hope I win!
My fave snack is to add Grape Nuts to any type of yogurt for a crunchy, sweet snack! We also make natural fruit smoothies woth bananas, strawberries, and yougurt with low-fat milk.
My favorite healthy snack is Kellogg’s Special K Bar, Chocolately Pretzel! It’s only 90 calories and is a combo of sweet and salty!
My kids and I love mangoes and strawberries. If blueberries are in season, those get tossed in, too!

The scale is a wonderful give away! …thank you so much for sharing. As good as the giveway are the excellent comments/suggestions by your readers. I have been following the low GI diet for 1 1/2 years and love the recipe I found for fruit crisp that uses whole oats, Splenda brown sugar and Promise Buttery spread. This is so good and tastes like dessert. And, of course, I adore cookies. I didn’t think I would ever find a really healthy cookie, but sure enough I have. It also uses the Spenda brown sugar, whole oats and Promise Butter spread… but the naughty side of me adds peanut butter chips. I freeze these and put two in the microwave when I need a warm, gooey cookie experience….so good. It just helps get me over that hump we hit.
I have always loved huckleberries. I will freeze them and throw some in my vanilla yogurt.

I’ve just discovered Starbucks oatmeal! It let’s me sit in Starbucks, surf the web and have a healthy snack without all the fat and sugar…..I control the toppings……and add a skinny Carmel macchiato when I really want to go crazy!
I LOVE love love Grapes and Muenster cheese.
Another thing I love to do with Muenster is to broil trisket crackers with apple slices and then Muenster cheese on them. It’s salty, sweet, AND healthy!

What a great scale. Exactly what I need right now… my husband and I are in a competition to see who can lose the most % body fat. As for healthy snacks, I love eating 1/2 a Luna Bar or frozen grapes!
That scale looks awesome! I eat apple slices and sometimes dip them in low fat sugar free pudding.
First let me say how much I enjoy your blog. Love your dogs and the pictures you take of food are beautiful. I have printed out several recipes that I want to try.

I love bananas and low-fat string cheese. They are the perfect snacks for when I’m at work. At home, I love low-fat yogurt and granola with some sliced strawberries or bananas thrown in. Also, my newest discovery is Chobani 0% blueberry, strawberry or pomegranate Greek yogurt. Love it!!
Ohhhh!! I really, really need something like this at home! This would totally help me out with my weight loss goals! I love having a simple bowl of granola cereal with icy cold milk to start the day well! Good luck to everyone! :o)

Greek yogurt with blueberries and wheat germ – yum!
Light and Fit yogurt with fresh strawberries and blueberries – then I add a little flax seed. I only use about 1/4 C of yogurt and load it up with the fruit. The flax seed helps to make it a very filling snack!

I really like celery and fresh ground peanut butter with a few raisins on top for sweetness. Did you know that celery helps you burn fat?! Then add the protein in the peanuts and the good fat that your body needs, along with a few good carbs from the raisins and you have it made! Also love homemade protein bars.

My kind of scale! :) My favorite snack is an on-the-go snack since I always seem to be rushing somewhere. I love FiberOne 100 Cal and 90 Cal Bars. The Oat & Chocolate 100 Cal bars are my absolute fav, with the Choco & Peanut Butter 90 Cal bars being a close second.

Carrots! I love them. To give them an extra ‘umph’ I will sometimes eat them with peanut butter. Sounds weird but it’s really delicious!
Just last weekend, my sister and I came across this delicious, healthy recipe that we have raved about ever since! It’s a truffle dessert that is very flexible! Here’s what we did {feel free to substitute your favorite fruit and change the pudding}:
–Use trifle bowl (for looks) or any bowl you can find!
1. Cover the bottom with one-inch cubes of angel food cake
2. Cover the cake with strawberries and blueberries
3. Cover the fruit with white chocolate pudding (we used skim milk)
4. Cover the pudding with fat-free whipped topping
Repeat until your bowl is full (you usually end with the whipped topping for decoration)! It should be refrigerated approximately 4 hours before eating.
-My sister and I are not cooks by any means, so if we can do it…you can too! Try it…we love it!

I know it’s been mentioned before but I go crazy over frozen grapes. It’s amazing how quickly they fill you up and how delicious something that simple can be.
We love making our own trail mix: walnuts, peanuts, almonds, raisins, dried fruits, pretzel sticks, and yogurt covered raisins and/or dark chocolate m&m’s for a little somethin’ sweet :)
Also, greek yogurts are awesome!

I love dried black cherries..a little pricey…I get them in the bulk section at Winco…Only place I have seen them. but oh so delish !!!!!
SOO cool!!! Currently my favorite is frozen bananas blended into ice cream! Just freeze the banana slices and then chop those babies up with a food processor until you have a fabulous creamy consistency!!! Also good with some almonds!

My favorite snack, depending on if I want sweet or salty, is either — (1) a banana or (2) 2 or 3 slices of deli turkey wrapped around a dill pickle spear. Either one = Yummy!
my favorite snack is any kind of fruit – strawberries, blueberries, bananas, kiwis…
Fruit salsa! Finely chop any fruit you have in your house, but strawberry base is my favorite. Add blueberries, kiwis, apples, whatever.
Then brush some tortillas with olive oil, sprinkle with a little cinnamon-sugar and bake in oven for 10-15 minutes. Dip chips in the salsa for a tasty healthy snack!
