I am freakishly fascinated by this unassuming little scale.

Now THAT scale is BEAUTIFUL “eye candy” Amanda… and I say this coming from my bed where I’m recently laid up with ankles the size of an elephant and feet that resemble something akin to a Platypus! Oh the woes of water retention!!
My all-time FAVORITE, every day, seriously YUM and ABSOLUTELY beneficial to “good health” snack is a DELICIOUS Kefir smoothie! Got to seriously LOVE the strength of it’s pro-biotics for one’s internal flora and fauna! 1 cup of kefir, 1 tsp unpasteurized honey, half a banana, a little wheat germ, a little flax seed and/or ground hazel nuts and lastly a bit of cocoa… Who says Chocolate Hazelnut can’t be healthy?!?!

I am addicted to fresh pineapple. I can eat chunks chilled or grilled slices every day.
Usually bananas or broccoli with dip. This scale looks awesome!

I love to eat granola and oatmeal! Although by the time I’m done with either it isn’t very healthy anyway.
It’s a little like your yogurt parfait, but less fancy looking. Just some good old yogurt topped with my homemade granola.
I’m a big fan of sliced apples and love Quaker Chewy Peanut- butter Chocolate Chip Granola Bars (100 calories). Have lost 40 pounds over the last 8 months, this scale would be quite helpful in my weight loss journey.
I love putting the Weight Watcher Cream Cheese on an Oroweat Bun!! YUMMO!!!
Almonds. I just bought a huge bag of them at Sam’s and am in love!!
My latest favorite is the green smoothie! (http://lajohnstons.blogspot.com/2011/01/green-smoothie.html) I make two every other day and have them ready in the fridge before I leave for work in the morning. Berries, an orange, banana, yogurt, and greens. Lots of protein, fiber, and vitamins. Perfect way to start the day! And they’ve helped me lose a very stubborn 7 pounds!

Love the scale — favorite snack is fruit — any fruit but especially blue and black berries — love when they come in season.
Smoothies!!! I love taking fresh pineapples, frozen strawberries and bananas, adding some yogurt and milk and making a yummy smoothie! I’ve convinced my daughter that it’s ice cream!
Mine is apples and peanut butter. Anything with peanut butter actually!
I love granola – I always get the Kellogg’s Low Fat Granola cereal without raisins. I also like to buy those 100 calorie packs at the stores, so I can control my portions. That’s easier for me than digging out a measuring cup – especially if I’m at work or on the go.
What a neat scale! I am scared of what it will tell me. Does the scale also tell you, “You just had a baby, it’s okay!”
Two favorites:

I LOVE the WW Ice Cream Candy Bar (like a Snicker’s Ice Cream Bar)! I also keep Sargento Light String Cheese on hand for a quick snack.
I make a homemade granola bar and it’s pretty darn good, too. I like that it’s a healthy treat and I know exactly what’s in it. :)
I have a son that is morbidly obese (over315lbs). I feel this would be so beneficial for him in order to physically see and monitor what everyone has been warning him about. (possible heart risks, diabetes, etc)
not too band wagon, but I love greek yogurt and granola.. although you can’t beat a nice banana or crisp apple either

My favorite healthy snack is cold SOBA noodles (Japanese buckwheat noodles) in the traditional Japanese style. You put grated ginger and thinly sliced scallions in a small bowl with the dipping sauce. Scoop up some noodles, gently dip and enjoy!!! The noodles are eaten cold so you can make a batch and keep in the refrigerator. Cool, refreshing and healthy…
This is just about amazing!!!… My healthy snack is either Greek yogurt or yogurt with fresh fruit!
My go to snack is fruit!
If I’m hungry for something crunchy, I’ll eat Wheat and Bran Shredded Wheat with some part-skim shredded mozzarella melter over the top.
Argh. “Melted.”
What a great scale! I’ve lost over 60 lbs. so far and this would help in furthering my weight loss. My favorite snack is dehydrated veggies – great crispness and just enough salt to satisfy that urge. Yum!

I am on a special diet so I have to say our chocolate drink is my favorite healthy snack. Yummy!.
Lately, my healthy ‘go to’ snacks are either a handful of the Kashi GoLean berry granola cereal or strawberries & blueberries mixed with some Lite Cool Whip! Yum!
Fruit for sure but I also love low fat cottage cheese and caramel rice cakes with crunchy peanut butter on top!
My favorite healthy snack is string cheese. I started the Atkins diet a month ago along with working out, so this scale would be perfect!
Seems the harder I try to lose weight, the more weight I find. It is a tough life long battle for most (me included). This scale could be an enabler to stay the right course.

I have several favorites. I love apples with almond butter, but I also love Special K’s new Sea Salt Cracker Chips.

Such an awesome scale! I choose lightly salted almonds for a healthy snack. If I need more, I reach for a yogurt.
I love bananas, yogurt and almonds. I also make a trail mix with dried cranberries, peanuts and white chocolate morsels. It is sweet and salty and not terrible for you!

That scale sounds amazing! As far as healthy snacks go I love anything with cinnamon. Lately I have been enjoying half a cinnamon bagel with almond butter and sliced banana, topped with extra cinnamon of course ;)

Great scale! My favorite healthy snack is a fruit smoothie, I just throw a combination of frozen fruits into the Magic Bullet and add a little splash of 100% fruit juice and you have a super satisfying treat!

Whole wheat toast with fresh jelly and a banana on top!
Some of my favorites are strawberries with a little bit of low fat cream cheese, ants on a long (celery with peanut butter and raisins), and hummus with almost any vegetable.

Wish I was so slim, I didn’t need to enter this giveaway!! My favorite snack is a bit of fruit with nuts.
I have so a few healthy snacks I like but my favorites are my frozen strawberry popsicles and smoothies. For the popsicles, I cut a pint of fresh strawberries into small pieces and blend 3/4 of it with 2-3 tbsp of agave nectar, then mix the remaining strawberries in the mixture, place it popsicle molds and freeze. They are super fresh and yummy!! I also love smoothies in the morning, just 1 cup frozen fruit (I freeze berries, mangoes, and banana together), 3/4-1 cup orange juice (I use Tropicana50 with 50% less calories and sugar), and 1 tbsp of flaxseed oil. Blend it all up and drink up!!

I would LOVE a scale like that!!! I have just lost 20 pounds and trying to lose 15 more but it is a battle!! This scale would help lots in my weight loss journey!!! I love a smooth made with fresh blueberries, fat-free frozen yogurt, and skim milk and a bit of honey. A large cup is only 131 calories!
Very cool scale! My favorite healthy snack is fresh pineapple, strawberries and blueberries. These three fruits taste so good all together, and look very pretty in your serving bowl :)

I absolutely love hummus. I make my own with chili seasoning and cumin and it’s quite yummy. I like to eat it spread on red ripe tomatoes. Delish!
