These Soft Peanut Butter Double Fudge Brownie Cookies are the softest and most decadent double chocolate cookies I’ve ever had. You have to try them!

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 Large Eggs, beaten
- 1 (18 oz) box Fudge Brownie Mix
- 1 cup All Purpose Flour
- 1/2 cup Reese’s Mini Pieces Baking Chips (or regular Reese’s Pieces)
- 1/2 cup Hershey’s Milk Chocolate Baking Melts, roughly chopped (or regular chocolate chips)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a medium bowl, beat butter, water, eggs, brownie mix and flour until just combined. Stir in Reese’s Pieces and chocolate baking melts or chips.
- Use a medium (1.5 tbsp) cookie scoop to place dough on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.
