Ingredients

  • 1 package (about 32) Oreo cookies
  • 6 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 cups heavy cream, cold
  • 1 (14 oz) Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 (12 oz) jar Hot Fudge Topping for ice cream

Instructions

  1. Finely crush about 25 Oreos. Mix with melted butter and spread in the bottom and up the sides of a 9″ pie plate for the crust. Freeze for about 10 mins. Meanwhile, lightly crush the remaining Oreos into large pieces.
  2. Whisk the sweetened condensed milk, peanut butter, and vanilla in large bowl and set aside. Whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks, then fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture.
  3. Pour half of the peanut butter ice cream mixture on top of the frozen Oreo crust. Heat hot fudge topping according to the directions on the jar, then pour half of the hot fudge over the ice cream in an even layer.  Add another layer with the remaining ice cream and hot fudge, then top with the Oreo cookie pieces.
  4. Freeze for at least 6-8 hours before serving.
