Hellmann’s 100th Birthday Party in NYC

Hellmann's 100th Birthday Party in NYC with Katie Holmes, Andy Cohen, Mario Batali, and Aaron Sanchez

What a whirlwind NYC was! The day finally came for the Hellmann’s 100th Birthday party, and I could not believe what all they had in store for us. It was incredible. Talk about celebrities everywhere! I was such a dork! ;)

We started the day at a taping of The Chew on ABC. I sat with Lacey from My Royal Kitchen and Shaina from Food for My Family and we sat right behind the tasters!

These two cuties were there! Michael Symon (left) served me a slice of the pizza they made on the show, and also handed me my copy of The Chew’s new book. Everyone in the audience got one! Clinton Kelly (right) tweeted me when I posted this picture, lol! :)

Kevin DVR’d the show and turns out you could see us in the audience a few times! Here’s Michael Symon handing us our books. :)

Next we made our way over to the pier where the big celebration was to occur. Hellmann’s set the Guinness World Record for Longest Picnic Table! What a fun legacy for their 100th birthday party. :)

So uh, guess who was sitting right across from me when we all took our seats at the picnic table?! Andy Cohen! From Bravo! From left to right here we have Chef Tim Love, Andy Cohen, and Aaron Sanchez from Food Network’s Chopped. Love Aaron and Chopped! I seriously died. Especially when they brought out the food. There was corn on the cob. Needless to say, I did not eat corn on the cob while sitting across from Andy Cohen, lol!

Funny story. So, I guess I was so starstruck, I totally did not put two and two together that Andy Cohen started the whole Real Housewives franchise. So when we were sitting across from each other, chatting, and he asked me what I did, and I just said, “Oh, I’m a stay at home wife, I started my blog as a hobby.” I wondered why he perked up after that, lol! No one else seems that interested, lol!! :)

GUESS WHO else was at the table! Katie Holmes, AKA Miss Joey Potter, lol! I didn’t get a chance to talk to her, since she came after the presentation had already started, but she was just a few seats down and as gorgeous as ever. :) Oh ya, Mario Batali’s back there too, lol! :)

Here’s where you can see us all at the table. I am fourth from the right in the white, sitting between the guy with the black pinstripe coat and the guy the the bright blue shirt. Across from me is Andy Cohen. You can see Katie Holmes sitting on the end by the bow! :) Mario Batali’s towards the middle of the table giving his presentation. :)

Have loved working with Hellmann’s for the past few years, and feel so lucky to have been invited to such an amazing event.

Happy Birthday Hellmann’s!! :)

Am I the only one wondering why Katie Holmes would be at a Mayonnaise party?

She was there as part of her relationship with Feeding America. Hellmann’s is providing one million meals to Feeding America this year to help fight hunger nationwide. Hope this helps! :)
