Where the four hundred live . . .

There’s going to be a giveaway at the end of this post. But first let me show you this beautiful garden we visited this weekend.

Hampton Cove

On our way to a wedding, we drove past this neighborhood and it had this gorgeous garden and waterfall right at the entrance.

Hampton Cove

Hampton Cove

These colorful flowers lined a walking path that lead around the gardens.

Hampton Cove

After the wedding, we spent a good part of the afternoon just taking in this peaceful place.

Hampton Cove

And since we were all dressed up, I figured I’d better document it. ;)

Hampton Cove

I did have a hard time walking around in those heels though. ;)

Your pics are awesome!!!!! Like everyone else, I wish I could take pics like that. Would you mind sharing what you do (if anything) in Photoshop to make them so beautiful? I’d love to know your photo editing tricks. :)

Amanda, Your work is just lovely. I enjoyed the picture you took after the wedding. So beautiful !!
I have a question ~~ How do you start digital scrapping ? What is the best and easiest program and I have never done any of this before. I would like to at least give it a good old try.
What are your suggestions ?I would appreciate hearing from you.

Amanda, can I tell you just how much I love your blog! You are awesome and have accomplished so much! You’ve become an inspiration to me.

Can you tell me how you’ve made your pictures so bright (full of light)? Do you have a photoshop action for it because for the LIFE of me I can’t get my pictures like that. My friend gets her pictures like that and she says that’s because she has LightRoom (I soo want that program).

I’ve added you to two of my blogs (my blogger layouts blog and my personal blog). I think everyone should know how wonderful, crafty, sweet, and inspirational you are!

Hi Guys,

I need desperately TWO new headers, one for my site which I got a frame from Shabby Blogs,,,,aka Megan? And the other for the new blog that I am setting up AND probably an Etsy account to go with it. And,,,,I want, matching business cards AND, small product tags,,,In other words, I want it all, and I want it fast! LOL,,,j/k Asap would be fine!
Check out Shellinsnohomish You can Google it and I will pop up and see the background I got,,,,,Design a Header for that? And,,,go to my new site Bungalow Bling and give me some ideas.

Send a quote with the rough stuff! Thanks!

I really love all your fonts. BUT there is SO much work involved before I can use them, so i just stopped downloading . I am sorry, because I would love to use them. There are so so many steps before i can use them.

I tried and tried and tried to download some of the fonts but couldn’t make it happen. I have Vista and it doen’t present me with the option to “Extract All”. I’ve search Windows help sections, including their online community and still couldn’t find an answer. So all I can say, is “thank-you for providing all these great fonts”, and I know people who are using them, are enjoying them. (Insert sad face here.)

Hey Amanda! I just found your blog through a friend who used your “font title” tutorial. Thank you!!! It was awesome and I have it going right now (with the cute Peas Jenny Script – love that one!!!). I’m also digging your blog – great photography!! I might just have to start following you! : )

A few questions (if that’s ok to put them here)… I looked back at some old posts and my “Hearts” (like for I Heart Faces) weren’t showing up… and it looks like strikethroughs don’t work. Also, I tried hard to get my sidebar titles centered and even with Mozilla, they weren’t (after I added the text-align code). Any thoughts?

Thanks again!!

Hey! I recognize that waterfall and those gardens! That’s not too far from where I live. I pass by there often. I stalk your site regularly and cook a lot of your recipes but I don’t think I’ve commented before. Thanks for having an awesome site to visit!
