It’s a great summer recipe! Like others have said, it’s nice because a lot of the ingredients we have on hand. (I too will be using herbs from my garden, it’s looking good!!!)

Well this recipe looked so great and I had all the items in stock that I decided to make it for lunch for me and the builders who are renovating back rooms and I’ve gotta say I’m really impressed. It is absolutely delicious and not one of the guys left anything on his plate and there was nothing left to put in the fridge…that says it all really doesn’t it? That pasta looks fantastic!! Too bad DH would never touch it. He doesn’t like pasta or chicken. ROFL I will have to make it for my mom when she comes to visit.
Of all the things on that site (and there were some wonderful things), I would have to say the Laguna Stripe bag and towel would be my choice. No beach here but it would be perfect for a trip to the new kids water splash pad at the park just down from my house. Plus the towel would be awesome as a great summer backdrop for newborn shoots.
