Wow I just stumbled upon your website looking at recipes. First of all, your recipes & food look amazing! I can’t wait to try & make some of this stuff! Then I started looking at your photography – fantastic! I am now a subscriber! :)
Amanda – i made this last night. It was delicious! I didn’t use meat; I did use goat cheese/lobser ravioli. I loved the almonds, but most I loved the sage. I just didn’t realize it would get so crispy. Plus next time I make it I’ll use more sage. I didn’t use a lot because it smelled so potent and I didn’t know if I’d like it. This is an excellent, simple but elegant recipe. Thanks!
I love all the creative recipes you post on your blog! And I love that I can actually make them – your presentation is relatable to all, even those of us that aren’t the world’s greatest cooks (yet!) :)
OMG! It was so good I made it again a few days later. Yum!
