		<description>I just happened across this site while stumbling around on the net. This is also my first time ever posting on someones blog.
This is some really good advice. All it takes is you wanting to change things for yourself. Once you get past the &quot;I can&#039;t do it&quot; to the &quot;I want to do it&quot; it is easier to make healthier lifestyle choices.
I had gallstones and had to go on a diet. Only greens, legumes, no fat, no spicy/acidic, only poultry/fish type of diet and I lost 20 lbs in 3 months. It&#039;s amazing how fast the weight comes off when you give your body only what it needs. The walking helped too.

		<description>So, I came over here because I am redoing my blog and needed a font...and now I am sitting here almost in tears and so unbelievably encouraged because of this.  I just clicked on the little picture of this post on the sidebar because it caught my eye.  I have gained almost 25 pounds in the last 8 months.  I feel like a whale...and not like myself anymore.  None of my clothes fit, I hate the new fat I have, and I especially don&#039;t feel pretty anymore.  It&#039;s happy weight...I got married 8 months ago and hubby and I both have put on weight.  I went from a 6/8...sometimes 10 to a 12 and now the 12 pants are starting to feel tight.  I will not buy anymore &quot;fat&quot; clothes.  I have been trying since the new year and feel so defeated.  I am only going up and then I feel bad, give up, eat junk, and then try again.  I just had to comment and tell you that you REALLY helped me today.  This is just what I needed!
