Miley and Howie’s Christmas

Miley and Howie Boston Terrier Christmas

Miley and Howie woke up to a giant stack of presents on Christmas morning! :)

Miley and Howie Boston Terrier Christmas

Oh, they know what presents are.

Miley and Howie Boston Terrier Christmas

And they know they get to open them on Christmas! They get very huffy while they have to wait for us to open our presents first. :)

Miley and Howie Boston Terrier Christmas

I save and reuse tissue paper, but I set aside the tissue paper that just can’t decently be used another year and wrap Miley and Howie’s presents in it for them to rip, shred, and destroy…

Miley and Howie Boston Terrier Christmas

Have at it, Howie!

Miley and Howie Boston Terrier Christmas

It’s SAUSAGE!!!

Miley and Howie Boston Terrier Christmas

Let’s open another one!!

Miley and Howie Boston Terrier Christmas

Hey now, not so fast there you little stinkers! Cool your jets :)

Miley and Howie Boston Terrier Christmas

Green bean rope!

Miley and Howie Boston Terrier Christmas

That’s mine!

Miley and Howie Boston Terrier Christmas

C’mon, give it, Dad!

Miley and Howie Boston Terrier Christmas

Miley’s too quick, she chomps it as soon as it comes down!

Miley and Howie Boston Terrier Christmas

Give it, Miley!

Miley and Howie Boston Terrier Christmas

Okay Mama, what’s next? :)

Miley and Howie Boston Terrier Christmas

I wonder what it could be?

Miley and Howie Boston Terrier Christmas

Only one way to find out!

Miley and Howie Boston Terrier Christmas

Hot cross bunz!!! Look mama!

Miley and Howie Boston Terrier Christmas

That’s mine!

Miley and Howie Boston Terrier Christmas

Give it, Miley!

Miley and Howie Boston Terrier Christmas

Here’s one for you, Howie.

Miley and Howie Boston Terrier Christmas

Howie, what did you get? Show everybody!

Miley and Howie Boston Terrier Christmas

Blech! This stinky rubber cheese is apparently the doggie equivalent to socks and underwear for Christmas! Howie is not impressed.

Miley and Howie Boston Terrier Christmas

Mama makes him pose with his present like a good boy anyway though.  :)

Miley and Howie Boston Terrier Christmas

Oh, maybe it’s not that bad.

Miley and Howie Boston Terrier Christmas

I can tug it.

Miley and Howie Boston Terrier Christmas

Here buddy, do you like this one better?

Miley and Howie Boston Terrier Christmas

Baked potato!

Miley and Howie Boston Terrier Christmas

Now’s Miley’s turn.

Miley and Howie Boston Terrier Christmas

New present for Miley!

Miley and Howie Boston Terrier Christmas

It’s crunchy cashews!!

Miley and Howie Boston Terrier Christmas

Look mama!

Miley and Howie Boston Terrier Christmas

Howie still likes his potato :)

Miley and Howie Boston Terrier Christmas

Oh hai :)

Miley and Howie Boston Terrier Christmas

What is this one?

Miley and Howie Boston Terrier Christmas

It’s a Christmas bone!

Miley and Howie Boston Terrier Christmas

Miley gets the last one…

Miley and Howie Boston Terrier Christmas

Is this for me?

Miley and Howie Boston Terrier Christmas

Is this my big present??

Miley and Howie Boston Terrier Christmas

What could it be??

Miley and Howie Boston Terrier Christmas

It’s a TURKEY!!

Miley and Howie Boston Terrier Christmas

THAT’S MINE!!

Miley and Howie Boston Terrier Christmas

No!

Miley and Howie Boston Terrier Christmas

Give it Miley!

Miley and Howie Boston Terrier Christmas

No!

Miley and Howie Boston Terrier Christmas

Rawr!!

Miley and Howie Boston Terrier Christmas

I gotta drumstick!

Miley and Howie Boston Terrier Christmas

It’s mine!

Miley and Howie Boston Terrier Christmas

Rawr!

Miley and Howie Boston Terrier Christmas

Rawr!!!

Miley and Howie Boston Terrier Christmas

Now it’s turkey and stuffing!

Miley and Howie Boston Terrier Christmas

Look at all our presents!

Miley and Howie Boston Terrier Christmas

We got a whole Christmas dinner!

Miley and Howie Boston Terrier Christmas

One more??

Miley and Howie Boston Terrier Christmas

What is this??

Miley and Howie Boston Terrier Christmas

Squirrel!!

Miley and Howie Boston Terrier Christmas

Can I eat it??

Miley and Howie Boston Terrier Christmas

It’s crunchy!!

Miley and Howie Boston Terrier Christmas

Let me see!

Miley and Howie Boston Terrier Christmas

My new squirrel!

Miley and Howie Boston Terrier Christmas

We love all our presents!

Miley and Howie Boston Terrier Christmas

Zonk.

These puppies were pooped! They immediately sacked out hard for a Christmas nap.

Miley and Howie Boston Terrier Christmas

Thanks for watching our Christmas!! :)

Miley and Howie Boston Terrier Christmas

Happy New Year! Love,
Kevin, Amanda, Miley and Howie

Love the pups opening there gift. Now my little one is passed but she loved to do the same with her gifts. Only I could not put the gifts out till Christmas morning. On one special Christmas she thought all the gifts wrapped under the tree were hers, so she unwrapped and tore up everyone’s gifts. That was a site to see. Have a wonderful New Year. Paulette

Merry (Late) Christmas. My pups got that same little fake food set a year or so ago. They love all of it haha, except I ended up having to throw away the crunchy cashews haha. Every time they chewed on it I thought they were chewing on a plastic bag haha and I’d so searching for them only to find crunchy cashews!. So it had to go haha.

Our two Bostons, Jackson & Bandit, have been staying with friends because the place we’re in won’t allow them. They’ve been away from us for a year now. We visit when we can but it’s hard on our girlz. We’re hoping in the next 45 days we’ll be in a house again.

Kevin & Amanda, I love the updates on Miley and Howie. so glad to see two more Boston Terriers who chew up stuffed toys and leave the stuffing for us to clean up. My Boston Izzy just turned 3 on New Years Eve and she loves to rip the toys open, remove the stuffing and squeakers. She then turns them inside out to play with them that way. She is so funny to watch. Happy New Year.

Too much fun! Our mutts like to chew up mini tennis balls from Target like they’re munching on popcorn. And Christmas morn’ wouldn’t be complete without a “flyover” from a remote-controlled (mini) helicopter that our older dog likes trying to catch mid-air. Every year I think both the kids and dog are getting too old to enjoy this activity, and every year I’m wrong! Thanks for sharing your holiday photos. Have you ever done a Christmas video of your dogs?

Thank you so much for sharing your Christmas with us. I just love the posts about Miley and Howie, they bring such joy. Your website is what drew me to the Boston Terriers even more, and I knew that we couldn’t just have one! We have 3 Boston Terriers, Ebony who is the princess of the family, Baxter was our first and the King and Cody who is the baby of Ebony and Baxter and the biggest one of all. We love them so much and so much so that both of our daughters have brothers of Cody so you can imagine a house of 5 Bostons all under the age of 4 running around at times.
I do have one question, how long do the toys last? I have to find the strongest toys possible or else they would be shredded just like the tissue paper!
Again thank you for sharing.

Your dogs are so cute. They seem like they loved their gifts. Great photos. I’ll show your photos to my son tonight. He will like it. Happy New Year to you and your family. I think it’s my first time on your blog. I don’t remember seeing it.

So flippin’ cute!! I used to have Boston terriers and you capture their energy so perfectly. Makes me miss my babies :( But I love my Maltese/Yorkie babies too!

So adorable! I always love seeing pictures of your pups – they are such cuties. I have a question – can you tell me the approximate settings you use for taking these pictures? I have a hard time capturing motion that is not in bright light and I am in awe of how you were able to freeze the motion so well!
Happy New Year~!

Your pups are adorable. I had to put my Boston down in September of 2011 and I miss him so much. My husband doesn’t want another Boston because of all the health problems ours had. :( Enjoy those sweet babies!!!!
