I got a free $10 to use for having signed up with groupon, and i got a hair cut with that 10$! yay for deals
I often use these deals to go to dinner or buy products that I wouldn’t normally try. I’ve yet to be disappointed! They are fabulous!!

I think I am a daily-deal-site-aholic! I subscribe to so many! But I tend to like zulily the best! I have gotten some great deals for my daughter!
I have bought some things off groupon and groopdealz, they turned out to be a great deal, and i still enjoy the items! I’ve bought headbands, rings, more headbands….i don’t remember what else. ;)
I’ve purchased several thro’ Groupon & LivingSocial…coupons and giftcards to Amazon, Gap, Yogurt Zone…. :) I’ve had good success with them; just make sure you only buy deals for things that are easily available in your area and that you would buy anyway.

Love—Deals of the day…Have scored on deals at the local nursery! New tomato plants that is, and one of my favorite cooking stores too. But our favorite deals we use for “date night” a great dinner out at half the price! Great fun! Will check out VeryJane too.

Most of the Groupons are from companies I have already tried. One was an unfamiliar company, but it turned out well. 2 of my purchases have been Shutterfly books, and they were great!

I bought a few things from NoMoreRack.com. I wasn’t overly impressed with the quality of what I got or the shipping. It took a MONTH to get my orders!
I did get a membership to the MD Zoo via Groupon for 1/2 price and that was a great deal!
I subscribe to groupon, and I’ve bought quite a few things from there. Some turn out to be great deals, some not so great.

I’ve never bought anything from a daily deal site, though I get several emails from companies who offer them. I’ve wanted to, but don’t always get to my email early enough, and sometimes it’s not a good enough deal for me or something I want. That doesn’t mean the right item isn’t going to come my way soon, though!
September 2011 – I was going on my first cruise ever to celebrate my 40th Birthday.
I hadn’t owned an evening gown since my prom 22 years earlier and needed two for the “elegant nights”.
I signed up to a deal of the day site that was running daily deals on evening gowns to my luck. I found two dresses that were top of the line name brand designers.
One was priced tagged at $425 and I got it for $120
The second was priced at $340 and I got that black beauty for….

for a $350 dress. That’s a steal!!

I’ve never purchased from a deal a day site. I’ve looked at them, and thought about it, but never done it. Maybe I need to start that! :D
I’ve gotten many things from them–mainly spa services–such a great deal! One of our family favorities was a 1/2 price deal at a local aquarium. Our little son loved it!
I have bought a few things from Groupon, mostly deals for places I already go to or events I was already planning to attend.

I buy from them all the time! I think my favorite deal was $10 for $20 on Amazon. Not that earth-shattering, but Amazon has everything and that’s 50% off! I’ve also purchased a lot of restaurant deals and some fun deals for weekend activities.

I have to say…I am a marketer’s dream. Make it easy to buy and tell me it is cheap…I am sold. I buy stuff on these sites all the time…and love it. I have recd great deals at restaurants that I may have never tried, spa services, and even a gondola ride.
I never have…I always look but I’m never ready to commit! However, my future mother in law gets Groupons and gifts us with them :)

I’ve purchased from a couple of daily deal websites. I’ve gotten shoes for my daughter, a Wii video game, and free Redbox rentals. I think they’ve all been good deals.

I’ve bought discount gift cards (Barnes & Noble, Amazon, local restaurants, etc..) but the newest one I bought was for a local artisan glass place nearby, they hold a glassmaking class, and had a deal for half price classes!

I’ve bought a few things from these sites. There seems to be getting more and more. I bought vinyl chalkboard stickers from a site called Group Dealz , a few restaurant deals from living social and groupon, a shutterfly book, etc. They have all worked out really well and I have had no problems getting the deals. There are definitely good deals out there on these sites. I’ve probably signed up for 5+ over the past 6 months to a year now but haven’t purchased something from every site. Never heard about Very Jane so I guess I have another one to add to the list.

Bought recently from livingsocial, it was an awesome deal for food from a local meat butcher. Plus they will give it to you for free when you get 3 friends to buy the deal! Never heard of Very Jane but I love it etsy!!!

I have used lots of Deal of the Day sites. Sometimes they have great stuff and sometimes it is junk. It is just hit and miss I guess but I check them out all the time.

I have never bought anything from a deal-a-day website, but it is mostly because I can’t decide, and then the offer expires ha! I think it is a great way to get new names out into the shopping ether, but it requires those willing to take a chance…which I haven’t gotten around to yet!

I am a member of a bunch of “deal a day” websites. I have used living social and groupon the most. I have purchased weekend getaways, skydiving, dinners and the list goes on and on. i have never had a problem using any of the deals and i think it is great idea. why not hit the town in style and save 50%…

I have used Yugster! I really like their deals and they have some of the cutest watches! Every once in a while they have grab-bag type deals where you pay a certain price for a mystery box. Totally worth it! I got a nice pocket knife that I keep in my car and a pair of really nice night vision binoculars which my fiancee is excited about for hunting!

I LOVE daily deal sites! We mostly buy certificates that equal a cheap date night. Coupons for food, movie tickets, museums…things like that.
I’ve purchased a couple of groupons and they did end up being great deals! I try to never purchase a coupon/groupon unless it is something that I would use anyway- same with grocery coupons- it’s not a good deal if you spend money you would not have originally spent in order to save! We have purchased some stuff from Woot. For the most part, we have been pleased with the products, mostly techy type stuff.
I have purchased items from a couple of different steal a day sites. I mostly use http://www.greenbabybargains.com, http://www.zulily.com and http://www.babysteals.com. I am usually very happy with these purchases because they are great discounted prices, but you have to be very careful about the shipping charges. Sometimes they are so expensive that they make the steal not worth it!

I buy things from deal sites all the time! Shutterfly books, restaurant coupons, even a Nordtrom Rack groupon! Recently bought a sailing adventure in the San Francisco Bay for our upcoming trip there!

I have bought something through a deal a day type of sight. It was a $50 gift certificate for $25. I actually bought the g.c. for my sister to give to me for a Christmas gift. So it turns out that the $75 purse cost me $25. Not bad at all.
