Oh, I love seafood! I could eat just about anything, but I think my favorite is seared Ahi Tuna. I just wish we could eat it more, but we have to drive all the way into Fort Worth for any decent seafood.

Shrimp: fried shrimp, steamed shrimp, sauteed shrimp, grilled shrimp. Any kind of shrimp; you name it. Did I mention, I like shrimp?

Scallops……the large ones that we dive for here in the NorthEast……with shells the size of dinner plates…..the meats so large that you have to cut them into pieces to eat them.
My preferred method of cooking: if I have bacon in the house (rarely) I wrap the scallops in the bacon (held together by toothpicks) and broil until cooked through……YUM! Or cook the scallops in a little butter and garlic in a frying pan……even just simply steaming the meats with a nice cocktail sauce to dip them in…..delicious. You’d be surprised at the flavor of the scallops alone when steamed…..a fantastic treat by themselves.
Love all seafood! But steamed lobster and crab legs are on the top of my list!
Oh my! So many choices, my favorites are ahi tuna, scallops, lobster, salmon, shrimp, chilean sea bass. I suppose it would have been easier to ask what seafood I don’t like… squid sushi..but I love calamari!
