My favorite snack are almonds. Lightly salted only. The flavored ones are too much for me.
My favorite healthy snack is hummus with baby carrots for dipping!
I’m on a hummus (flavored with roasted garlic, please) and wheat crackers kick. I love celery, too, with peanut butter and raisins (ants on a log!) or a little pimento cheese.
I am hopelessly in love with dark chocolate almond Zone bars.
My fav healthy snack would have to be almonds! I love how they are tasty and filling.

My favorite snack is an apple with 1/2 serving of almonds. But, now that I’m pregnant, it seems to be my favorite snack is any kind of candy I can get my hands on! Ugh. I so need to get a handle on my eating before I have this baby or I’ll be in trouble afterwards.
I love the scales. My daughter has some. My fav is bananas and peanut butter. I could eat peanut butter everyday.
My favorite healthy snacks change often, currently it is a small slice of a great cheese on a seasme Crispini.
I love fruit, celery with peanut butter, unsweetened applesauce, skinny cow, hummus, smoothies!

My favorite snack is the Wasa light ry crispbread low in calories and a laughing cow cheese. It is filling and a good snack. I really like to eat them with soap instead of the crackers.
I could really use this scale! I am 3 weeks into a healthier lifestyle and would love to track these things on a scale!

I’ve just discovered Dannon Light Toasted Coconut and Vanilla yogurt! 80 calories and gives the coconut lover in me a healthy alternative.
My favorite healthy snack is peanut butter toast!! I use whole wheat low-cal bread and natural peanut butter loaded with flaxseeds, and it is wonderful!! Excellent for a pre- or post-workout snack! Would love love love to get this scale!!

My all time favorite snack ever………… thin apple slices and swiss cheese. The combination of the two appeals to the sweet and salty cravings. This is a great snack before a workout.
I just love bananas or dry roasted almonds as a snack…..not only are they tasty and satisfying, but easy to grab and go! And what a great scale…..so exciting!

I really enjoy sandwiching peanut butter between a banana that has been sliced in half the long way. I’ve been doing this for months now but I just got the idea from someone yesterday to then freeze it before eating. How delicious does that sound?!

My favorite snack is cottage cheese and a little pineapple or greek yogurt with some cashews on the side. Yum!
I would have to say celery! Not a lot of people are a huge fan of it because of the little strings that come out of it. Yes, they can be annoying from time to time but I simply ignore them. You can use anything to dip them in! Cheese sauce, peanut butter, ranch, hot sauce, you name it! :)

SwEEt, I am digging this scale and it would be of great use in my home especially since I am trying to loose this baby fat from baby #5. Oh, one of my favorite snacks is celery with homemade salsa, almost no points for those Weight Watcher fans! I also like greek yogurt!!

Great snack: 1/2 whole grain pita, spread with hummus, diced tomato, diced cucumber, (anything else fresh and handy: avocado, onion, greens, etc.), tiny sprinkle of Parmesan, light dash of low cal salad dressing.
I usually eat watermelon or strawberries with yogurt. I’ll also put freshly rinsed grapes in the freezer for an hour or two- it makes them extra sweet and slushy on the inside. I thought it sounded crazy too… just try it. :)
My new favorite snack is greek yogurt. It goes with so many things.

That scale looks so awesome! Right now my favorite snack is emerald’s 100 calorie pack coco almonds. Its just a light glaze of the almond so it make you feel like your having something naughty but its totally not.
My favorite healthy snack is Fiber One bars. They actually taste like a candy bar but have lots of good and healthy fiber. :)
This would be an awesome scale to have. I was just telling my husband the other day that we need a new scale. The timing couldn’t be perfect. My favorite, quick snack is called Almond Chocolate chip parfait. greek non-fat yogurt, 1/4 tsp almond extract or whatever you like, 1 TBSP small choc chips, and sprinkle with chopped up almonds. Great little snack and satisfy your sweet tooth.
My favourite healthy snack is any kind of fruit. I usually cut up cantaloupe and watermelon and keep it in a sealed container in the fridge, so I always have something munchy on hand. I can just shake some on to my plate at breakfast or lunch, have it for dessert with dinner, or throw some in a smaller container when I’m on the go. I’m trying to lose my baby weight right now, so this scale would be awesome. I’m curious to know how much of me is fat! (Right now, I feel like it’s ALL of me! LOL)
My favorite healthy snacks are the 90 calorie Fiber One Bars, sugar free pudding, or Dole Fruit Bites. All these snacks are less than 100 calories and low in fat.
A nice snack for me is yogurt with kashi granola in it.

My favorite snack would have to be strawberries, I just love them. This scale would be great to help me get back on track with my weight before conceiving. I recently suffered a miscarriage and am ready to try again, but would like to lose a few pounds and have a healthy pregnancy and this would help me do just that.
I’m gonna have to get me some greek yogurt, it sounds like that is a favorite. Does air popped popcorn count as healthy? :) That’s my biggest snack. Love the giveaway. :)

My favorite healthy thing to eat after I excercise: a strawberry banana smoothie made with yogurt, ice and a splash of OJ, plus a spinach and broccoli salad with craisins tossed in a very small amount of ranch. If you wash the broccoli first it leaves a little bit of water on it and thins out the ranch a bit so your veggies are covered, but you don’t have to use a ton of ranch :) SUPERFOODS galore!

I love yogurt! I eat at least 2 a day. And now that each Yoplait has 50% of the daily recommended calcium, it’s keeping my bones healthy too.
I have found a new love for greek yogurt with strawberries. I am also getting addicted to freshly popped pop corn in my whirley pop with some coconut oil.. yummy!!
