I am freakishly fascinated by this unassuming little scale.
More than once I’ve stepped on that devilish contraption known as the bathroom scale and wondered, Well, hmm. What the heck is going on here?

Snacks…hmmm…in season – strawberries, then blueberries, then peaches. Oh how I wish their seasons were longer. I love to put a small dollop of organic vanilla ice cream on my fruit for a real extra treat and let it melt. Yum! I used to enjoy a few Salba tortilla chips…high in fiber and good stuff…but my market doesn’t carry them any more.
My favorite healthy snack is Greek yogurt and berries.

My favorite snack is mixing fresh yogurt and granola in a bowl. Sometimes I top with fresh strawberries, bananas or blueberries. Delicious and healthy!
I love a banana with a little bit of peanut butter. This is a great afternoon snack to get me through my work-out until dinner.
When I have the extra cash (sometimes only once a year!) I treat myself to freshly made “Apple/Carrot/Celery” juice from the local health food store! It costs a bundle, but it tastes amazing!
Roasted peanuts or tomatoes with low-fat cottage cheese.

I’m a huge fan of frozen grapes– they were my favorite snack for both of my pregnancies, and I can’t give them up!
I make up a smoothie type snack that I freeze into individual containers that I love! Here is the recipe (even though most times I “eyeball” these measurements): 2 cups FF milk, 3 to 4 tablespoons of FF Vanilla instant pudding dry mix, 1/4 – 1/2 cup of splenda granulates(depends on how sweet you want it), a tablespoon of vanilla extract flavoring and frozen strawberries (I buy the sliced ones in the big bags at Sams). I place all ingredients in blender except strawberries and blend well. I add the frozen strawberries a few at a time until I get the consistence I want (around 2 cups). I will pour these in 1 cup containers and this makes around 4 or 5 containers, depending on how much I want to eat right then. You can use any type of frozen fruit to change the flavor.
I love getting a frozen one out and “scrapping” bites as I watch evening TV because it last for a while and keeps me from constant snacking.

Ooohhh, I need ideas! My favorite snack is a fruit smoothie!! Ice, pomegranate juice, orange juice, fruit, dash of splenda and blend.
I love strawberries for a healthy sweet and multigrain chips (food should be good for you brand) with fresh salsa when I’m in the mood for something savory!

I love berries! Just fresh, cold berries. Blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries! So good!
My all time favorite snack is apple with either 2%cheese or peanut butter. I’ve recently been turned on to carrots and peanut butter though. I know it sounds strange but I’m telling you it’s delish! I’m playing the Game-On Diet with some friends so a scale that can give me all this info would be awesome. Maybe even give me a “leg up” on the competition!

My favorite healthy snack is cantalop – especially on a really hot day. I cut it up into chunks and store it away in the fridge so it gets nice and cold. When I’m feeling peckish, I simply scoop out a cup. By cutting it into chunks, it also makes the cup feel like I’m getting a lot more then if I did a wedge.

I love fruit! My favorite right now is to cut up strawberries and a banana and mix that in with some low-fat yogurt and about 1/2 cup of Honey Bunches of Oats, the Just Bunches. Sooo good!
My favorite healthy snack is fresh strawberries! But when I feel that “I need chocolate NOW” urge, I go for sugar free chocolate pudding!

I love popcorn! Fresh strawberries can’t be beat, either!
I love to mix corn flakes (or special k with dried fruit) and trail mix. That way you get a more filling snack, with less of the calories than eating the same amount in just nuts and chocolate etc. Also the crisp crunch of the corn flakes is a nice contrast.

I have always loved cantelope. I love eating some (ripe) cantelope as a good snack. I would choose it over chocolate, or cookies, any day. However, in high school I was also known to snack on a big bowl of peas right after I got home from school, and I would eat corn on the cob at any point in time if people are making it. So any of those three I guess!

I eat bananas almost every day. But, my favorite healthy snack is McDonald’s fruit and yogurt parfaits!! they’re as delicious as ice cream.

I love greek vanilla yogurt, Cascadian Farms Fruit & Nut granola, blueberries or strawberries and a splash of milk! It’s my go to healthy snack any time of day!! I’m also a sucker for a fruit smoothy. I peel and freeze my too ripe bananas-so they are not mushy in the smoothy. A little frozen yogurt, milk and your favorite berries with the bananas…yum-o!!

Banana custard. It’s just a frozen banana in a food processor or blender until smooth. That’s it!!

A good veggie quinoa salad is perfect after a workout since it’s loaded with fiber and protein and a great way to get in an extra serving of veggies!

My favorite healthy snack is a slice of toasted sprouted grain bread with a thin layer of cream cheese topped with Barlean’s Omega Swirl.
pink grapefruit, sectioned, left in the shell, drizzled with honey, sprinkled with cinammon and baked in the oven for approx 15 minutes at 350 to warm! refreshingly yummy!
Fruit. And I love peanut butter on anything. I have to be careful I don’t over eat the stuff :)

My favorite seems to be strawberries. I used to not be a fan of strawberries and I’ve recently changed my eating habits and have been working real hard to shed some weight and strawberries have been a great snack for me.
So far in 2 weeks I have lost 16.5 inches on my body and couldn’t be more excited!
