I am freakishly fascinated by this unassuming little scale.
More than once I’ve stepped on that devilish contraption known as the bathroom scale and wondered, Well, hmm. What the heck is going on here?

I am a banana addict. It is always in my house. I love that add them to whatever I am eating or after or to hold me over until my next meal. I giggled because I have wanted to throw my scale out the window because the same has happened to me with wacky numbers so now I have been using my kids Wii in order to check my weight Ha. I am doing WW and have lost 25 pds so far so a scale would be wonderful so I can leave my kids Wii for playing!
My favorite healthy snack is fresh sliced strawberries sprinkled with Splenda. I refrigerate for a few hours (or over night) then add a sliced banana before I enjoy them!
My family does this too! But, we also add blueberries and blackberries.
It’s amazing how much better the Splenda tastes than regular sugar, in my opinion!
Awesome giveaway-I’ve been wanting one of these scales! My favorite healthy snack are these healthy banana muffins I make-I add in different kinds of fruit each time I make them. I use ground oats in place of white flour and no sugar. Yum! Thanks for the fun giveaway!

Ooo, that’s a really nice scale! My favorite snack is strawberry Greek yogurt with pumpkin seed granola mixed in. I even have it for dessert sometimes!

I love making little sandwiches of apple slices with natural peanut butter and I eat them instead of a real sandwich for lunch!
My favorite healthy snack is fresh strawberries, a 1/2 banana with greek yogurt and ice, mixed with my Magic Bullet – So very yummy and very good for you!!

I am loving a handful of dry roasted almonds these days. Nothing fancy but it works for me!
I’ve been working on dieting (South Beach) and exercising. This scale would be a HUGE help! My favorite though is Cottage Cheese mixed with banana. Yum!

What an exciting giveaway! I love fruit – my favorite is watermelon! Although, it’s probably not considered quite as healthy for me when I can eat an entire watermelon in one sitting. ;-)

ooh! I love that scale. My favorite healthy snack(s) would be hummus with rice crackers and carrots, whole wheat banana nut muffins, or nuts.
My current fave snack is a handful of raw almonds and dried cranberries. For breakfast I sometimes add some banana, kefir and granola.
I LOVE sliced almonds with vanilla yogurt! When I had gestational diabetes and was put on a low-carb, low-sugar diet, that was one of the snacks and it was tasty and filling, while following my strict guidelines. :-)

My favorite snack is greek yogurt with a little granola, Honey, bananas and strawberries. Just yummy. Sometimes I eat it for breakfast or dinner. I could eat it all day long.

My favorite healthy snack is any fresh fruit! Strawberries, grapes, watermelon… any! I also love fresh veggies.
This scale would be fabulous, as I am working on losing my extra baggage. My favourite snack is a plain apple, either whole or cut up, or a whole cucumber cut up – only 35 calories for the whole thing!!

I love greek yogurt with blueberry agave nectar or lowfat cottage cheese with vanilla, honey and wheat germ (reminds me of cheesecake) YUM!

I love fruit for my snack. When I dont have fresh around I do try to have alot of frozen fruit in freezer for smoothies, so when I’m out of fresh I throw some frozen in a bowl and by the time snack time arrives its thawed and yummy! ;) I love putting grapenuts on them for extra crunch too.

I couldn’t help but comment…I’ve watched your blog for some time, and this scale is amazing! Every morning -since I was 15 or so- I have eaten organic bran cereal and plain yogurt. It keeps me full and is my favorite meal of the day! And, it gives me energy for my morning workouts…oh, and water, water, water..with lemon..mmmm :). Oh, I’d LOVE this scale-how helpful!

My favorite healthy snack is cocoa almonds. Yum! I also love snaking on baby carrots too.
My fave go to snacks atmare gala apples and chobani yogurt! The yogurt is packed with protein and very smoothbut not overly sweet. And I love the sweet crunch of these apples.
I enjoy a couple of different snacks.
First I like some granola with a handful of craisins.
Second I like a toasted whole grain honey wheat sandwhich thin (100 cals) with light creamy peanut butter.
I am on a gluten free diet and I can only have rice every 4 or 5 days. So I snack on chopped almonds, chick peas, and pears mixed up.
Favorite healthy snack – an apple. Takes a long time to eat it. I’ll be honest though, I usually reach for the box of Cheese-Its. :)

For a light supper, I love to take a whole wheat tortilla, cut it in half and put one half in the skillet. I then sprinkle on a little low fat cheese, salsa and refried beans. If I have it, I sometimes add some shredded chicken. I then put the top half on, warm up, and then I have a low cal, filling supper. Love the scale!

What an awesome giveaway!!! It is unbelieveable that a scale can do all of that now. My favorite snack is plain old cheerios. Eat them one at a time so I can get the most mileage from them.
I have a couple of favorite snacks. I love plain Greek yogurt with a tiny bit of honey mixed in. My second fave is Shirataki noodles…yum!
This is awesome! If I am working out and gaining weight I try and think it is muscle but I still get worried. My favorite healthy snack is greek yogurt topped with strawberries and drizzled with agave nectar. I also really like cucumbers with lime juice and a sprinkle of cayenne pepper.

I love fruit…grapes, strawberries, raspberries, pineapple – all fresh. This is an awesome scale. I am currently on a strict diet and this would be an awesome addition to help monitor.

My fave healthy snack is blue diamond almonds and string cheese! The almonds are crunchy and have sea salt on them so it takes care of my chip cravings and I just love cheese so that works! Also red apple slices with low fat peanut butter and raisins, OMG LOVE these!

My favorite most convienent snack is definitly KELLOGS SPECIAL K bars; specifically the honey nut flavor; but the Chocolte pretzel is amazing also! Throw a few in your purse or desk at the office and you’ll always have something to hold you over to meal time! Next in line is smoked or roasted turkey lunchmeat wrapped around a weight watchers part-skim cheese stick! Wholesome, healthy and fulfilling!!!!

I LOVE apples and peanut butter, Costco also sells these small cucumbers that are the size of a regular pickle – love those! I also keep a bag of sugar snap peas in the fridge – YUMMY!
Favorite snacks are grapes, bananas, and apples…if I need a salty treat I have been snacking on the buffalo blast almonds you blogged about. They are so flavor-packed that you only need a few to tie you over!

Im a pretty simple, banana and peanut-butter gal. I also love creating yummy combo snacks like dried cranberries, diced apples, and sliced almonds.

That scale looks amazing! One of my favorite snacks is Fage 0% greek yogurt, sliced strawberries or blueberries, a touch of local honey, and about a tablespoon of low fat granola. Delicious!

My current fave is Fage 0% Greek Yogurt. I like the strawberry version the best.

My favorite healthy snack starts with going to the store and getting some freshly ground raw cashew butter, then buying a loaf of today’s yummy toasted sunflower and honey wheat bread. Man do I have a great time with this snack.
