Amanda, you forgot one of the greatest meals….Linner….it’s the time between lunch and dinner. I know some of you have had Linners! You each a late lunch but aren’t really hungry enough to eat a dinner. We call that Linners in our house! And the best part of a linner is you get to have a big dessert because come dessert time you’re hungry again.

I love lunch, when I catered to the farmers in Idaho during harvest they called lunch dinner and dinner, supper. Lunch was the big one, all the food groups, hearty fare for fueling tough work and make sure there are fruits and sweets in there too!

i’m going to have to go with dinner–breakfast is quick and easy, like a smoothie. lunch is hard for me because i want to eat healthy, but don’t want to have to make anything! so dinner is just a given that i’m cooking something healthy and yummy.
