I am always walking. You have to do it anyways, so park far away from the entrance of a store and get in your exercise in that one way.

gardening – I try to water the plants using only the water from our rain barrel and filling, carrying and watering every 1-2 gallons of water on our 1 acre of spaced out plants and food gardens can give you a major workout, especially in the summer
