Okay, I know you guys are going to think I have lost my mind, but I seriously have to try this thing and see if it works, lol!! Have you heard of the Flex Belt? I am always walking. You have to do it anyways, so park far away from the entrance of a store and get in your exercise in that one way.

I love hula hooping. It is so good for your abs and the faster that you do it, the more calories that you burn. It’s great to do with music too. Fun Fun Fun!

As a family we go walking every night. Once around the entire neighborhood. I love it. We all get exercise, but we get some great QT outside!

gardening – I try to water the plants using only the water from our rain barrel and filling, carrying and watering every 1-2 gallons of water on our 1 acre of spaced out plants and food gardens can give you a major workout, especially in the summer

Walking and jogging are my favorite forms of exercise. I love jogging, but I’m not very good at it. This ab belt would be perfect for me. I’m pregnant with Baby #2, so we all know these abs won’t be looking fab for a while. :)

Well I was a diehard boot camper for many years until I became ill and could me longer workout. Slowly I’m getting stronger so I’m starting back slow with lots of walking! I grab my headphones and explore for hours walking!

Truthfully, I really hate exercising in general. I do it, but I have a serious aversion to sweating (which is not great when you live in the South). Walking in an airconditioned track might be my favorite.
