Hi Amanda and Kevin. To celebrate the end of 2010, I will be staying in, eating homemade Prime Rib Roast, scalloped potatoes, and a veggie. We’ve not decided on the veggie :-). I know I’ll make it to about 11:00 PM, then I’ll pass out in the recliner and she’ll wake me up when it’s time for the countdown. I know it’s kind of boring, but it keeps us off the road!

Remember – DON’T DRINK AND DRIVE Everyone! Have a safe, Happy New Year and here’s to 2011!

Hi Kevin and Amanda,
My family and I will be safely tucked away at a neighbor’s house. We don’t have to drive, just walk across the street. It’s a yearly tradition, and even though my sons are older now, we still enjoy being together. Happy New Year to all!

79
Karen S December 31, 2010 at 8:36 am

Ever since our daughter was born, my husband and I have made it our own little family tradition to stay in and celebrate the New Year together as a family. We stay up all night talking and watching the New Year events on TV. Our daughter, who is now 6, is going to try to join us this year…we’ll see!

Happy New Year! :)

80
Heather December 31, 2010 at 8:36 am

Sad that I haven’t even thought of it? Most likely staying in, putting the littles down to bed at 7pm and if my husband isn’t studying then perhaps we will ring it in together, otherwise I will welcome the New Year when I wake up. Not very exciting but it’s life at the moment.

LOL I am hoping to plan something small to celebrate for just him and I, but the plans are not yet definitive!!

Thanks for the chance though! Awesome prize!!
