Yummy! I’d love these with apple and a touch of caramel! Then, perhaps some cinnamon toast!

The ideas could go on and on. I can’t wait to try them.

Good luck everyone on this great giveaway :-)

  2. Connie K

First I’d dip my finger in for a quick taste test; then I would eat some from a spoon. Then I’d spread some on an English muffin for breakfast. Then I’d ponder what else I could eat it on, and in case I couldn’t think of anything, I’d eat some more with the spoon :)

  3. Makeup Morsels

oh my goodness these look amazing! I would eat it with a spoon. Maybe spread it on toast if I’m feeling virtuous :P Or on crepes! Thanks for the giveaway :)

  4. Jess K

There is no doubt I would go the classic grilled banana sandwich with a layer of the chocolate on one side and a layer of the mocha cappuccino on the other side with extra chocolate chips thrown in there!

  5. amanda kay tea

oh my goodnes…where to start….there are so many things i’d want to make…but i’d have to say that fruit pizza with the chocolate spread with some bananas and apple slices would be sooooo yummy right now!!! ooh…or even mix it in some vanilla ice cream for a sweet treat :)

  8. Mélodie

The first thing I will do with this wonderful new Jif is hide it in a place where no one else can find it, and eat it all with a spoon! Maybe keep some leftover to make a yummy desert!

  9. Heather Spooner

I would first try them with a spoon, straight out of the jar. Nothing fancy. Thanks for the giveaway!
    miyax15 at yahoo dot com

  10. Christie Ryan

Oh my goodness! The Mocha flavored Jif sounds delicious! This could be dangerous haha! I would probably dip fruit into it.

  11. sona

spread to make home make waffles for my kids. :)

  12. Jenn

Oooooohhhhh, this looks so. good. I’m thinking my first taste will be via my finger straight out of the jar! Then on a couple of graham crackers. I LOVE the Jif!

  13. Jennie Gift

Hazelenut spread is a spoon straight in the jar thing!!! I might add a little Jif peanut butter to help enhance the favor but I doubt it is needed :)

  14. Candace

OMG! My son would love this. Let’s see he would probably first try it in a shake, then coffee, on a waffle, apples, oh my the possibilities are endless!

  15. Jo Lynn

this would be amazing as a decadent hot chocolate addition! That’s how I plan to try it out first, but those marshmallows are calling my name too!! :)

  16. Jess

I am actually trembling with excitement! How will I try Jiff Hazelnut spread first? Most likely standing in my pantry with a tablespoon…and if all the tablespoons are dirty, I’ll probably just use my middle and index fingers as a scoop! Y.U.M.!!!!!

  17. Lea

I’ve actually tried this already because it was on sale at Target. It tastes yummy & spreads a bit easier than Nutella! So far, I’ve used it on my frozen blueberry waffles for breakfast and for pretzel dipping.

  18. Charlene

My first thought is on pancakes, but I might have to cheat and eat a spoonful straight from the jar. Don’t think I can wait:)!

  19. Sharie T

My fav breakfast already is toaster waffle, with Jif pb and syrup on it. Trying this will just kick it up a notch! Thanks for sharing.

  20. Sharifah

    Oh my!! *mouth watering*

What’s the first thing I’d do with these? You mean after I lick it off a spoon? :-P

I think I’d bake this in croissants, use it as a fruit dip (mmm…mangos and pineapple), and then perhaps try to make a baklava of sorts with it.

Oh the possibilities are endless. Best of luck to all! :-)

  21. Melissa M

Oh, Yummy!!! I will try it as dip for pretzel rods, on bananas, and in a peanut butter sandwich.
Thanks for the chance to win!

  22. Melanie

I would use Jif Hazelnut spreads where I would normally use peanut butter. My morning bagels would be the first place I would use it. I would also use it in place of the peanut butter that I dip my oreo cookies as a snack at night. The possibilities are endless.

  23. Ana

WOW! Super excited about this. I think my finger may go into the mocha cappuccino jar before my brain will let me grab a spoon. This will also mean my husband may not eat any since I’ll be too busy trying to get my hand out of the bottom of the jar before he knows its here. Scary thought, he works from home… I might not get any! lol

  24. jane

so yummy!!! i would put it on everything!! :) most of all, i would love to start my mornings with this on some toast or bagels yumyumyummm :)

  25. Sherrie

Nothing bettet than Jif in a peanut butter cookie! I wonder if I could make cookies and use this spread instead of peanut butter?

  26. Kayla Clark

First, my son will be overly excited to have Hazelnut spread for his before school, after school and before bedtime snacks that he makes himself. He is only 10 but loves the hazelnut spread. Then I will enjoy using this as hazelnut is one of my favorites also.

  27. Emily L

GAHHH! So many possibilities! <3 I think my first would be to make a delish icecream shake with it to cool down these hot July days! :)

  28. Christine

I love reading your blog everyday. I haven’t seen the new Chocolate Hazelnut before. I would love to try it on whole grain english muffin for breakfast since I am a chocolate lover. Yummo!

  29. lori p

I haave had the mocha cappuccino….after finishing the first jar-slathered on croissants! I ran to get my second jar! Still love it on croissants, but a spoon works good too! ;)

  30. Billie

I’m thinking I will enjoy the new hazelnut spread-straight, no chaser- from the jar! This is a fantastic prize package!

  31. Kim Hogan

My kids LOVE Nutella and have lots of uses for it. Me I will try the Jif in my “Baklava” makeover. I’d be happy to share the recipe if you’d like. It’s easy, and will have your family or guest raving.

  32. LIsa

I have been looking all over for these spreads…have to try Target! I would love to win. Thanks for the opportunity!

    ~Lisa

  33. Stacey Reed

My 8 year old daughter actually spotted this product at Target a couple of weeks ago and I promised her we would buy some soon-couldn’t that day-we weren’t going home for a while and temps have been 100 degrees…we probably could have AND would have drank it! ;) We’d love this giveaway package to completely spoil and indulge ourselves!

  34. Amy H.

They totally have to make a chocolate peanut butter combo. But these look good too! I want to try it on celery sticks. I grew up with peanut butter celery in my school lunches and I still have a really big soft spot for them. It’s time to come up with grown up versions of the school lunch snack.

  35. Judy Christensen

What wouldn’t I try it on!!!! I would love to put it on a shortbread cookie, a warm brownie, pour a little over some vanilla ice cream — the ideas are endless!!!

  36. m barker

I will try it as a spoonful right out of the jar! After that I have a waffle recipe and strawberries in the fridge just waiting for it!!!!! YUM

    Mel4Him777{at}gmail{dot}com

Well in true chocolate hazlenut fashion I would stick a spoon in there and eat it straight out of the jar! And probably wouldn’t stop. :)

  39. SWJenn

I’ve already tried it! Got the little tubs to take to work, and treated myself to some on oatmeal cookies! They were awesome! Would be great on ginger snaps too! And a few more exclamation points so you know how much I love it!!!!!!

  40. sandyb

I think I would put it on lightly salted rice cakes. Yep that is the way I would use it. Wow, this is an awesome food giveaway.

    Thank you

    sandyb720 at gmail dot com

  41. Deb Wisker

First, I’d stick my finger in it and scoop out a bunch. Then I’d spread it on a graham cracker. Then I’d hide it from the rest of the family! ;)

  42. Jammie H.

My son and his girlfriend bought some and put it on some homemade crepes. I personally would like to try it like one of the photos — on a sugar cookie “pizza” crust, topped with strawberries. Looks delicious!

  43. Linda Smith

Just a spoonful of the chocolate hazelnut spread sounds heavenly. I would also like to try it on a toasted english muffin.

  44. Sunee Stevens

OMG! I just saw these at Target this morning! I would most likely open the jar and dig right in with a pretzel! YUM!

  45. ivy

We are big fans of nutella; have been for years! We would probably do a sample taste test comparing the two with nutela…or, we’d try it with a croissant, or baguette, or directly out of the jar.

  46. Alisa

How would I try? Definitely for breakfast on toast or on a tortilla (guilty pleasure) and I love it on some vanilla frozen yogurt with berries!

  47. Jane

On brownies, of course! I love brownies – can’t even imagine how delicious they would be with hazelnut spread on top!! Yum.

  48. Kristen M.

Mmm, I love hazelnut spread with bananas. Spread on tortilla, add sliced bananas, and eat as a roll-up sandwich. If I had a panini maker, I’d totally make a “grilled” sandwich with the same ingredients.

  49. Astrid

I don’t know how I could resist simply licking a spoonful… but I would try to be good and put it on some whole wheat toast. ;)

  50. Julia Bettencourt

As some others have said—just taste it straight from the jar first. Fruit dipped it it would be yummy. Will have to think about what recipes to try it with.

  51. Erin

If it’s anything like Nutella, I’ll also be eating it straight off the spoon out of the jar. And then I’d make some butter cream frosting with this in it!

  52. Stephanie

OMG! I would have the say the first I would try this is straight out of the jar, baby! Lol. Thanks for the opportunity to win. :)

  53. Michelle Torres

Wow!!!! I would had never thought I would see the day that Jiff would come out with these lovelies!!! There is so many things I would love to try it with, from just toast to dipping some vanilla waffers….

    Michelle Torres
    decorater4life@aol.com

  54. Dana D

I’m like several other posters…on a spoon, straight from the jar! Then I might dip pretzels in it, just to be sure it mixes well with grains. LOL

  55. April was in CT now CA

Oh my word! We just got a new fire pit and I’d invite our neighbors over one evening to make s’mores using the Jif spreads. Of course we’d have to make one s’more with each spread to taste test!! lol Can’t wait to try these and what a great give away!!

  56. Casey Dozhier

Oh this would be great to host a tea party for my little girls and their friends ! And I can see that I will be enjoying it as well on crepes …..
    Thank you :)

  57. Kelly

I’ve never had any type of hazelnut spread before, so for the first time trying it, I’d just like to keep it simple and eat a spoonful of it right out of the jar.

  58. Ellie A.

For Breakfast of course I’d love this to make a little party for my kids & their friend have a wonderful OH my mouth is watering already! Thanks for the chance.

  59. Jennifer

I’m already on my third jar of the chocolate, but I haven’t seen the mocha yet! I might try that in a shake! Yum!

  60. Danielle

My husband read this post and is in Heaven! He loves hazelnut anything. I think the first think I would have to do with the new Jif Hazelnut Spread is make him a sandwich. Most likely with bananas.

Thanks for the chance to win!

  61. Meg

I would love to make a dip out of it for cookies/fruit, but let’s be honest…I’ll probably just use a spoon straight from the jar.

  62. Gena@BakeAllTheThings!

I want to eat it out of the jar with a spoon!
And drizzle it over Cherries Garcia ice cream!
And bake it into snickerdoodle cookies!

  63. Melinda Johnson

Is it wrong to say with a spoon? I think on a banana would be really awesome first and then it would be time to get creative!

  64. Tish

I would love to use this in my pancake batter (yum)!!! Or as a frosting on my cheesecake, or in a crepe with strawberries, or on my toast with my coffee…the possibilities are endless!!!!

  65. Stacey @ Couponing with Boys!

I am thinking that some Chocolate Hazelnut S’mores would be awesome! My kids have been really into s’mores this summer for some reason, and this would be so much better for them.

  66. Andra

I would be trying this on your dessert hobo pies that we make when camping!!!! Thanks for the chance. Now if I can just find this wonderful product around here in MI!!

  67. Leslie Kiley

I would love to try the new Hazelnut spead just on a piece of toast first to get the real flavor first then I am sure I would try making cookies with it next because my family LOVES cookies!

  68. Suzanne Shepherd

Wow, that stuff looks delish! I would make up my favorite peanut butter cookie recipe but substitute the Jif spread….and maybe add some chopped hazelnuts or macadamia nuts. Yes, that is what I would do. Must go to Target today….I’ll be on the lookout for this new product! Yum. Wonder if it will be as good as Nutella?

  69. Amy Tong

What a nice giveaway prize pack. I would first try JIF simply with a spoon….and spread on 2 pieces of bread and make some stuffed French Toast. YUM!.

    amy [at] utry [dot] it

  70. Jennifer Cavola

OMG where to even begin!! I would start by email Jiff and thanking them for these new products quickly followed by a spoon a marshmellow and dipping into everything!! I totally lack self controll when it comes to awesomness in a jar.

  71. Sue in AZ

After tasting a bite (or two or four) with the silver spoon, I think I will do something with the brownie mix and marshmallows.

  72. Dee

Oh em gee! This is so cool. If I were to win, I would totally use them as a sandwich spread. With fluff. ;)

Not gonna lie, I might even take a spoon to ’em. Ha.

  73. Maria

I think I’d try topping some brownies with the Mocha Cappuccino flavor to start. That’s if I didn’t eat too much with the spoon first.

    Thank you!

  74. Redd H from Salted Spoon

The first try would have to be some plain on a slice of whole wheat toast! I want the flavor to be the star!

  75. Jennifer

Wow, this looks amazing! I saw it in my local grocery store last week and was tempted to get some. I would want to try it on fruit pizza like the photo above.

  77. Kori

I would love to try some on toasted waffles but if I couldn’t stand to wait that long I would just smear some on a banana!

  78. Bob Shields

I am going to make some homemade peanutbutter cookies, then make some homemade marshmallow cream , then I will make a peanut butter cookie, marshmallow cream and the new hazel nut spread sandwich, then EAT EAT EAT YUM YUM COOKIE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  79. Dalis

My Target doesn’t have it yet, but I tasted it at Walmart (unfortunately they don’t have it in stock either)… oh my goodness it is delicious!!! I WANT SOME!!!! please, pretty please with a cherry on top! (or should I say with a hazelnut on top!)

    — dalis

  80. Mary Stiffler

I would most definitely grab the silver spoon and try a spoonful of it on it’s own first!! I have always liked nutella and am so excited to try this!!

  81. MaryAnn

I would make crepes and lather the spread on it and roll into cylinders and top with fresh strawberries served with coffee. A remembrance of Paris. I would love to win to have a chance to try.

  82. Amber Barnum

Ummm…. YUM!!! I would love to try this in my morning breakfast wrap… whole wheat tortilla, sliced banana, greek yogurt, and some of this deliciousness!!! :-)

  83. Nicole

I would add the Mocha Cappucino flavored spread to my “Man Killer Brownie” recipe! (Then, of course, lick the spoon I use to get the spread out of the jar!!) YUM!

  84. Carol

The first way I would try it is off the spoon. Then I would experiment with a couple of recipes. This sounds soooo good.

  85. Ashley R.

I’m on a smores kick right now, so I would have to try it out for the first time on some graham crackers with marshmallows!

  86. Gayle215

I think I will try warming some up and using it for fondu! I’d love to dip some strawberries, bananas, poundcake, crispy treats & marshmallows!

  87. MeganM.

Sounds AH-MAZING! The first thing I would do is stick my finger in it like a 3 year old. :) Then I would spread it on a slice of whole wheat bread, fold it in half and enjoy the goodness. That’s my favorite way to eat hazelnut spread or peanut butter. Thanks for the fun treat ideas! :)

  88. Lacy C.

I am seriously drooling right now! First thing I’d do is scoop up a big ol’ spoonful…..and possibly another right after that :)

  89. Tamara

One of my kids is allergic to peanut butter so she has to use Nutella or another type of spread on sandwiches when the other kids have the favorite PB&J. I would love to try this for her. I would also try making some of our favorite peanut butter desserts (cookies, puppy cow, etc.) with this instead so that she could enjoy it with us. I’m especially interested in the mocha cappuccino!

  90. Sandy

This sounds delicious! I would probably try it on pancakes or waffles first – that is, after having a spoonful or two straight from the jar!

  91. Marleen Moffitt

We have someone with peanut allergies in my house so I’m always looking for something that might satisfy that peanut craving. This might just be the ticket!

  92. Janice

Chocolate Peanut Butter…WONDERFUL!!! I used to buy another brand years ago then it was discontinued. Thanks you, JIF!!!

  93. Bekki

I recently visited Brussels, Belgium and am now hooked on Belgian Waffles. I was commenting while eating them that they needed something JUST LIKE THIS! Oh, delight. I wonder if they will sell this at my local Army Commissary?

  94. Jennifer

I just saw this the other day and thought “Genuis!”. I would tear open the box, take that spoon and just sit on my porch savoring my first bite…lol oh wait I’m suppose to share right?

  95. Melissa

Yum Yum Yum! I would want to try this on a banana! I love that choc/banana combo! Also that smore idea looks great too.

  96. Misty

I think the first time I would have to try it with a spoon right out of the jar. Then I would have to make my family crepes filled with the hazlenut spread and topped with strawberries.

  97. Haley @ The Forman's Corner

I would have to try something with the brownies and hazelnut spread. It’s almost lunch time here and this post made me even hungrier!!

  98. Pat

I would put the Jiff Hazelnut spread in a wonton, deep fry, and add powered sugar to the top! Makes a wonderful dessert :o)

  99. Jessica

OMG! Seriously?!? This looks a-mah-zing! Definitely start out with a spoon, but then try with different dunkers…graham pretzels, mini grahams, bananas…the possibilities are endless!

  100. Mary

OMG, I can’t wait to try out a s’more with the mocha cappucinno spread! I’ll also HAVE to make brownies for the office with icing. Since they both sound so good, I may have to make 2 batches of brownies and try them both out! I’ll be the first in the office to introduce this new product! I can hardly wait to get off work and see if it is available in stores around here!

  101. TaMarsha

This is so exciting!!!! My family and I LOVE Jiff!!! I grew up on it and over the years it has never failed me!!! I have always wanted to try Hazelnut peanut butter but coming from this company I know it’s awesome!!! We can use it on pancakes and waffles, mixed in vanilla ice cream, coffee, hot chocolate, hot biscuits, or even drizzled over cheesecake!! The options are unlimited!!!!

  102. Karie

Oh my goodness the pictures in your post look amazing! I think the first thing I would like to try would be the dessert pizza with the strawberries!

Thanks for the fun giveaway :)

  103. Kaity

at the moment I’m really feeling a chocolate hazelnut milkshake. I had one at Harrod’s in London earlier this summer, and it was seriously heaven on earth!

  104. Julie

I have purposely avoided hazelnut spreads such as Nutella because I knew I would LOVE it, but I gave in and tried it this summer! Oh man! “Delicious” just doesn’t give an accurate description!
Because of my newfound love of hazelnut spreads, I already know that Jif’s Hazelnut Spreads will be the “icing on the cake” on so many different foods! YUM!

  105. Doris

Who would love to put the hazelnut flavor on a banana and eat it? And who would love to show her friends many different ways of using these new flavors? That would be ME!!

  106. Lindsay

OMG! YUM! I just ran our of Nutella, and this seems like the PERFECT time to try something new! Fingers crossed!!! I love choco-hazelnut spread on sourdough baguette for breakfast. Hope I win!

  107. Miwa

Wow! Kids everywhere will be delighted! Mine will begin by digging in with pretzels – and then proceed to try dipping every food item they can think of in there… hmmm… could be trouble…

  108. Mel Ezell

I recently discovered a DELICIOUS recipe on Pinterest, Peanut Butter Chocolate Bars. I have tweaked the recipe to include marshmallow fluff to make them more S’mores-like. I DEFINITELY would LOVE to try these spreads in that recipe, FOR SURE!!!

  109. Betty Jo

The first thing I would do would be to sample them straight out of the jars then I would probably have to make brownies with it.

  110. Debra

I will make a yummy brownie…………….what a unique twist! Brownie’s topped with the new hazelnut topping with marshmallows!
    Oh! I’m hungry now!
    Debra – Arizona

  111. The Mrs @ Success Along the Weigh

I believe I would dip my hand in the jar and go from there. Oh wait, I probably shouldn’t have said that out loud.

  112. Peggy Whisenhunt

OH my goodness, if this is anything like nutella, I am going out and get me a jar this week. I love hazelnut spread. I have Bunco at my house next week, so I am going to have it to go on our ice cream sundae’s for dessert, that is if I don’t eat the whole jar before then. Give me a spoon. Oh how I would love to win the kit.

  113. Gi-Gi

Banana, chocolate spread and flour tortillas toasted in the iron skillet and then topped with vanilla ice cream. YUM!

  114. Sarah Marie

I would make those fun apple slices , think up a lot of other finger foods to put the spread on and bring them to my friends at work for everyone to try!

  115. Mariangela

Super yummy! I have a Nutella blonies recipe that I would love to try with the new Jif spread :)
    Thanks for the giveaway !

  116. Kristen

Since everyone is saying a spoon – I want to say a fork! Just kidding! But my first reaction is why spread it on anything when I need to taste this INSTANTLY!!!

  117. Sam

I think this just might be the most perfect thing ever invented! It also might be the best reason ever to throw a party. I would love this.

  118. KellyRae

Spoonin’ of course! In our household that’s how we eat Jif – everyone gets their own spoon, we all dip and swirl into the yummy goodness and have a contest to see who is quickest to lick clean their spoon. If we want another dip, we all know we need a fresh spoon LOL. Can’t wait to try the Jif Hazelnut spreads. Yayyyy!!!

  119. Lori G

Yummy! I just tried this product for the first time this week. Had it on an English muffin. It was FAN-TASTIC! Thanks, Amanda, for the great ideas in your post today. I hadn’t thought about using it on pancakes, or s’mores, or in coffee! Can’t wait to experiment with those and more!

  120. Liz

So exciting! I’m a loyal JIF customer and am so excited for their new products! I think I would just use the spoon… or maybe spread on my english muffin in the morning!

  121. Janet

Replacing the chocolate in s’mores sounds like a great idea. I would like to try that first. I do some charity baking occasionally and this would be a wonderful way to make something without turning on the oven. Also I just thought this would work great in breakfast bars (homemade of course).

  122. Embracetheasian

OMG so yummy. I would definitely try it first right out of the jar. The thought of making a sweet panini with it makes my mouth water. Maybe one with chopped hazelnuts or strawberries.

  123. Jade

Well I was planning to buy some of that “other” hazelnut spread today – I’ll have to look for JIF instead since that is our favorite PB! I would probably just scoop out a big spoonful to try it first – then I’d hit Pinterest for some yummy concoction!

  124. Taylor

First, I’d try the spread right out of the jar.. i might not even use a spoon, just my finger (but don’t tell anyone ;) haha). Then I’m sure I would slather it on everything else in my kitchen!

  125. heather

I have to admit. First, very first, I would probably just dip my finger right into the jar. Then probably put it on toast or s’mores.

  126. Nicole

Well theirs the best way which is just dig into the jar of hazelnut spread with a spoon, but I also like it on top of Nilla wafers. Yum. :)

  127. Holly W

oh my what a delicious giveaway! drooling! I have a feeling me first taste will be right from the spoon. Then maybe I’ll drizzle it over some brownies.

  128. kathleen

i’ll be honest… i’m going to dive in with a spoon. no better way than a first taste without any distractions :)!

  129. Chrichelle Fernandez

OH. EM. GEE!!! First I’ll have to dip my finger into the jar…then brownies, pretzels and cakes, oh my!!!

  130. Angie Mc.

Oh my goodness!!! How fun!!! We would make the brownies first and then probably cookies or the Smores!! Oh my!!!!

  131. amy

Wow! I would love to try this for my baking; frostings for cupcakes to be exact!!!! Can’t wait to try them!!! :) Amy

  132. Julia Reffner

I think these would make a pretty yummy peanut butter cookie, maybe with some white chocolate chips in them.

  133. Andrea Mass

I would use the Jif Hazelnut spread on a plain bagel with peanut butter, my favorite lazy weekend breakfast. :) Yum!

  134. Patty

I recently pinned a recipe on Pinterest for Chocolate Hazelnut Hot Chocolate – I might try this recipe first. However, my husband will try them with a spoon out of the jars!

  135. Sara

My husband eats regular JIF by the spoon and now has our children asking for “peanut butter-cicles” often…I would gladly join him with THIS new JIF. Wow. Looks amazing! :)

  136. JennStar

I have tried it (the regular flavor, not the capp.) and we made ice cream out of it. It was a recipe for Nutella Ice Cream, but it subbed VERY well and made for an extra tasty treat! New name, Jiff Hazelnut Ice Cream! ;o)

  137. Andrea

First let me say (again) that you always have the BEST giveaways for all Of us Foodies!! :) As for what I would do with it, I’d have to use the Jif to perfect my Wickedly Fabulous Chocolate-Peanut Butter Mochaccino Cupcakes!!! Thanks Amanda!!

  138. Andrea R

oh yum oh yum! I love me some chocolae hazelnut spreads! I keep stuff like this in my office for an easy treat (with a banana-perfect afternoon sweet treat) and at home for late night chocolate cravings! I am pumped Jiff is making it now!

  139. Jennifer Rutledge

I’d try it first on my finger :) Next up would be on graham crackers or brownies! Next time I’m in the store I’ll keep my eye out for this.

  140. Kristina

That sounds delicious. I’ll probably try it first on a spoon, but next would have to be heated up and drizzled on strawberries.

  141. Pamela Tadlock

Bought this 2 days ago. A buck cheaper and an oz. more than the popular competitor. My son took it with him! So I haven’t tasted yet.

  142. Claudia

Straight out of the jar…I’m not even going to try to make up a story about trying it with a brownie recipe or topping a doughnut or anything like that…yep for me straight out of the jar works.

  143. Becky

First would be a taste-test with the spoon they send (smart thinking, otherwise it would have to be a finger). Next would be pretzels, then would come crepes.

I’ll have to keep my eye out for it.

  144. Dana

drooling over this…. this is a blog giveaway i’d love to win (heck, i’d love to win any.. but really this one!). would LOVE to use it to make grilled cheese with brioche and mascarpone and berries!!!

  145. maie sullivan

I would take it with me camping and have it for breakfast on my hotcakes ,sitting by the lake and loving every moment.

  146. Cristina S

The idea about using this spread on S’mores vs. a traditional chocolate bar is a great idea…I would definitely try that first! That’s if I don’t resort to just spooning this stuff out of the jar! :-)

  147. Amy

The first thing I’d do is spread the chocolate one on a soft piece of white bread. Simple and perfect. Believe it or not, I recently discovered hazelnut spread and I would be very interested in the recipes and tips.

  148. Theresa

All of your suggestions look like a great place to start the testing. I am thinking a tasting party with several friends would be fun.

  149. donna ciereszynski

Oooh, the new Jif varieties look so yummy. I think what I’ll do first (after sampling it, of course) is to whip up a batch of homemade chocolate waffles for the kids. They’ll love these for sure.

    Thanks!

  150. Susan K.

Well, I don’t see anything wrong with a big ol’ spoon!!!! But if I was displaying a bit more control I would try it first on banana slices. I have an extreme weakness for bananas and just about anything in a jar – peanut butter or otherwise!

Thanks for the chance to win a fun tasting kit!!!

  151. Kristin S

Oh, man, love the idea of using it in s’mores! That never crossed my mind.

Second would be on apples. Love that combo.

    What a great giveaway!

  152. Tori

YUMMY! I would love to try this in my coffee as you mentioned. That is if my 6 year old does not eat the whole jar! She loves most nut butters and eats it right out of the jar!

  153. Kimberly Amey

I agree with other posters – straight out of the jar would have to be first! Then I am thinking marbled into brownies or dipping and freezing some bananas.

  154. Lisa

First, right out of the jar with a spoon. Then, with what is left, I’d probably share some with my husband and put it on graham crackers. Yum!!

  155. Ann

I like a previous poster’s idea, eating the chocolate hazelnut version with salty pretzels! A perfect blend of salty and sweet!!

  156. KellyM

OMG – what a wonderful giveaway! Give me a jar of the chocolate spread and some strawberries and bananas and I will be in HEAVEN!!!!! Kelly

  157. Chris

OMG! I cannot wait to try this. Lately I have been on a serious froyo kick and I’d definitely like to pour (I mean drizzle) some over my froyo. YUM! =)

  158. Lisa Y.

Well I think first off – the kids and I would just have it on spoons! :) But I love the idea of putting it as an icing on brownies. I would have never thought of that on my own!

  159. Roma Mott

Definitely would spread some on warm brownies…yum! Hoping for extra luck since the contest ends on my 60th birthday!

  160. Sylvia Anderson

The only way to to taste this luscious, creamy delicacy is to dip the spoon into the jar, lift filled spoon to mouth and let the taste buds do their job. This way you are able to enjoy the flavors imparted by the spread and not as it would taste combined with anything else. Can’t wait to try it.

  161. Kindel

I’ve been eyeing these in the grocery store. I may just have to pick up a jar (or 10!) if I don’t win this giveaway. The first time I’ll eat it will be with a spoon. Straight up. :)

  162. Rachel

Right out of the jar! I won’t have the patience to spread it on toast, bananas, or graham crackers (my other favorite ways to eat stuff like this)!

  163. Wendy W.

I’m not a fan of hazelnut, but my eldest is crazy for it! I can definitely see him with an open jar, a spoon, and a totally blissed-out smile :)

  164. Kayla

When I want to give my daughter a quick snack, I make chocolate or peanut butter spoons, which is just PB on a spoon (fancy, I know!). This looks really good!

  165. Ellen

I absolutely adore peanut butter and would love to try these flavors out. I see a Target shopping trip in the near future. :)

  166. Jan

It would definitely have to be straight out of the jar. I wouldn’t want anything else to disturb the first taste. YUM!!!

  167. Sarah Todd

I think the only right way to try it out for the first time is with a spoon straight out of the jar :) And it might require me eating the whole jar that way just to be sure I like it for other recipes.

  168. Dustin

What wouldn’t you do with this stuff! Brownies? Toast? There are infinite possibilities! I would looovvveee to get this giveaway!!

  169. Solange

I wonder how much fat and protein this has compared to regular peanut butter. I would like to see a “light” version of this come out in time. In the meantime, a little here and there wouldn’t be so bad. Swirl into yogurt and you got a healthy treat!

  170. Meghan Cassidy

My group here uses a simiar spread on EVERYTHING! I would love to try this in my homemade rugula recipe. I am sure that it is going to be delicious!

  171. Denisse

I’m a chocolate freak sooooo, I’ll spread it on everything…j/k.

On those Sunday morning breakfast with my lil’ boy on top of fresh made blueberry pancakes….yummo!!!

  172. Mindy

A YUMMY giveaway. Wow! I didn’t know this product hit the shelves. This is a very smart move on the company who makes Jiff! I would love to try this luke warm mixed in with my favorite ice cream!

  173. Monique

I think I would try it will all different kinds of fruit. It would be yummy with strawberries, bananas, and apples.

  174. Linda M

This product gives a new meaning to sandwich cookie. I see two ultra thin sugar cookies (think Brown Edge cookies) with Jif Hazlenut spread oozing from between the middle! Gotta go get some now…

  175. Erin m

I think I’d eat it right out of the jar first because I’d be so anxious to try it. Then our family would probably have it with waffles!

  176. Nicole

This seriously looks amazing. I agree with Amber, first chance I get, I’m sticking a spoon in it for the official taste test!

  177. Beth S

I am so excited! The possibilities are endless, but I will probably use the Jif Hazelnut spread with sliced apples and raisins. Yummy!

  178. Laura

I love peanut butter on those special K eggos for a super fast breakfast with some protein on fast mornings–I’m curious if these have as much protein (are they still peanut butter based?), but they look delicious either way!!! :)

  179. Sally

I would love to swipe a pretzel or two through these yummy concoctions, and then I’d like to BAKE something delicious!!! =) Thanks for the chance to win!

  180. Patti Hoffa

Daughter leaving for college in three weeks! This is perfect to leave with her when we say goodbye. She would eat it straight out of the jar with a spoon!

  181. Debra S.

The first thing I would do is take a big spoonful and pop it in my mouth. YUMMY !! The next thing I would do is make a frosting using it and use it for cupcakes – I can’t wait to try this.

  182. KarlaJ

I just made some banana bread last night. I can envision slathering the Chocolate Hazelnut Spread on that warm banana bread, oh yum! I’ve got to go find some of this!

  183. Krys Kolivras Simmons

First I would jazz up my morning cup of java with a spoonful of the Chocolate hazelnut – after that I’d go a little crazy! Yummm!

  184. Wendy

First, I’m going to be licking a big glob right off of a spoon! Then we can move on to more refined ways to enjoy it!

  185. Lindsey Barr

Oh YUM! I’m thinking a little something salty (Pretzel balls) and a little something sweet (Brownies with cream cheese and a SWIRL)…. And maybe a dollop in my coffee? Possibilities are endless! Can’t wait to try!!!

  186. chris

Instead of a banana and peanut butter sandwich, I’ll have a banana and Jif hazelnut sandwich…….
    on toast of course!!!!!!

  187. Claire

Oops just realized. I have to say how I’d eat it. And it would definitely be sprea all vet a cinnamon graham cracker.

  188. Ash

First try would have to be plain, with my “finger” spoon! We’ll see if it’s as delicious and fresh-bread-worthy as Nutella!

  189. Tiffany Holland

ooOOooohhh!! On the apples looks very delish!! or hey, maybe just straight on the spoon like i do with Jif Peanut Butter!!

  190. Dawn Lepper

Frankly, I will do nothing special except sit quietly and enjoy every single goodie in the kit, regardless of my 4 kiddos creating havoc throughout the house. :)

  191. *christine*

That sounds so yummy! I might have to stop at Target on my way to work to grab a jar and try it in my coffee!!

  192. Cindy

Oh my goodness, I can think of tons of ideas to try this yummy stuff. Hot chocolate, hazelnut velvet cake and tons more!

  193. Maureen

I am dying to try S’mores made with this! How easy they would be to make since you can already spread the chocolate hazelnut – no melting necessary! YUM!

  194. Averie @ Averie Cooks

How will you try the new Jif Hazelnut spreads first? = baking cookies with them (or just dipping a spoon in!)

  195. keri @ shaken together

There would definitely be some chocolate hazelnut swirl brownies in my future … or family fondue night … or brownie mocha smores … fun, fun giveaway!!

  196. Jessica

WHAT?!??! This is awesome. The possibilities are endless, but right now I am envisioning spreading some Mocha Cappuccino on top of warm brownies. Yummy.
