I would make a big batch of chocolate chip cookiies!
It’s so pretty and shiny – not sure what I would make with it first though. Might just sit there and stare at it for awhile.
OMG, I want one of these so badly! Since it’s getting close to the holidays, I would probably use it to make a delicious fruitcake recipe I have or maybe homemade bread for the neighbors. Whatever I used it for, it would be way more fun than using the portable mixer I have now.
My husband is getting ready to come home from Iraq next month and his favorite is my chocolate chip cookies, so of course that would be the first thing I’d have to make!
Oh my goodness!!! Besides Holiday deliciousness, I would definitely have to break it in by making my Grandmas pineapple cheesecake:))

Oh wow very nice, I would make Christmas Cookies and Sweet Rolls.

First thing I’d make is Cinnamon rolls like my grandma used to make! I inherited her kitchen aid mixer about 18 years ago, and I believe she purchased it somewhere in the mid-70′s. I have had one of the new, shiny, lift-stand mixers on my ultimate wish list for awhile now, and my ultimate goal is to learn how to make great yeast bread that doesnt come out of the bread machine.
*Swoon* I would make my grandmother’s pound cake recipe if I was so lucky to win this beautiful piece of deliciousness! Thanks for the opportunity to participate!
The first thing that I would make with this is Raspberry macarons filled with chocolate ganache :) (Or my favorite pizza dough, or my grandmothers secret cheese cake, which I happen to know :)

I grew up in the US, but my parents are from the French West Indies. It is a series of islands in the Atlantic that France owns… so it is French. My parents were from “St. Barts” (like the US likes to call it) but it’s actual real name is St. Barthelemy. Whenever we used to go and visit I loved this treat called: “pain de chocolat.” This is a lovely soft croissant like bread (but in the shape of a square or rectangle) with pure chocolate in the middle. Not like gooey chocolate, but just a hint to make it oh so yummy. The chocolate is so rich, that is why they only use just a little in the middle. This treat is most always served warm, like it was just baked. I learned how to make them here and I can tell you, my hands will be very happy not to have to hold the hand mixer anymore. This Kitchenaid mixer would make it so much more enjoyable to make this treat. If you want the recipe, let me know. I hope I win!!
pumpkin cake
How great is this? Well, who doesn’t like birthday cake? Everyone in my family does. So, we have birthdays every month. Okay, we don’t but we always find a reason to bake a birthday cake. Oh, and we love a supermarket’s frosting so much that they actually sell just the frosting straight from the bakery. I guess we aren’t the only ones who love it! So, I usually buy their frosting, but I bake my cake from scratch. Love Kitchenaid! I have a handheld Kitchenaid mixer now. But, this would be a great upgrade!
I’d make a batch of my Gramma’s sugar cookies!
The first thing ever that I would make on my Kitchen Aid would be Tres Leches Cake.
I dream of owning a Kitchen Aid mixer, make it a reality! :)

I would use it daily because I love to cook and trying new recipes- – but if I received it in time for the holidays I would use the dough hook for homemade egg noodles and yeast rolls.

I would make my mother’s famous Sweedish Spritz!!
I would make oatmeal chocolate chip cookies….a double batch! Just because it would ALL fit!!!
I plan to make the most delicious coffee cake with chocolate chips, walnuts, and cinnamon streusel!
I’d make my grandmothers rum cake. She used to make a rum cake for our family to enjoy every year on Christmas. It’s the only recipe I managed to get from her. She’s now 92 and in a nursing home, so I have taken over rum cake duties. It’s a recipe that’s near and dear to my heart. <3
Whoa….What a beauty!! I would make mountains of pumpkin bread for the holidays.

EVERYTHING!
I think I would stick to something “basic” and traditional…chocolate chip cookies!
Cookie dough! :)
I’d make the red velvet cake balls I am planning on trying out for the first time for my friend’s bachelorette party I am hosting… Sadly I will right now be making them with my about to die hand held whisk. (yeah you can pity me! You can also pity me and give me the kitchen aid :-) even better. ) – I’ll take red, black or silver… not fussy :-)
I would make my grandmother’s red velvet cake.
It’s beautiful! I would make pistachio cupcakes. Yum. The winner of this contest is one lucky guy or gal. This mixer looks amazing.
If I were the lucky winner of the new mixer, my first project would be to make a series of holiday cakes – pound cakes, bunt cakes, coffee cakes, carrot cakes, etc – and share them with friends and family.
the first thing I would make would be the most delish and moist pumpkin bread around!

As our last mixer has died and we have a 2 1/2 year old enthralled with the holiday season this year, I would get a jumpstart on any special treat my son and I could make together. He’s a great helper in the kitchen and can’t wait to help Mommy get ready for “Feast Day” and then make cookies for Santa!
Wow such a beautiful baking Mixer….With just being a first time homeowner here in Raleigh NC. I would use this to bake and make most of the cakes and deserts to invite my Family over for my first every Thanksgiving or Christmas dinner. Being the only Boy in my family I was always the one who loved to bake cakes and let my mom know that I also love to cook like my sisters as well. This would make me very proud to show her that not only I’m I a pro in the kitchen I also have the right equipment to cook with. Please help my first home Christmas meal be a hit with my entire family. Thanks/ And BTW I love your website and have tried many of your recipes. THE ARE ALL GREAT!

An incredible blog!!!
I would make my grandma’s chocolate chip cookies!
We’d make Neimann Marcus cookies – that batter is so thick.
