2842
Kirt November 12, 2011 at 6:40 pm

I’d make potato rolls. I have this family recipe that always overflows the bowl in my current mixer. It makes it tricky to get the dough to the smooth consistency that I like.

I would definitely make my great grandmother’s sour cream cut out cookie recipe! It is dangerously bad for you, but so amazingly delicious. It is a family tradition that we make every year! Because it makes such a thick, heavy dough, a kitchen aid mixer would make the cookie baking tradition even more fun!

2890
Juliana Walters November 12, 2011 at 8:18 pm

Dough for Pasties (meat pie). I usually make very large batches of them to freeze for future “quick and easy” dinners. It is a pain in the behind to do this (blend cups upon cups of flour with pounds upon pounds of butter) with a pastry hand blender.

2891
Stacie November 12, 2011 at 8:18 pm

I would my a giant batch of gooey brownies.

2892
Kjristi November 12, 2011 at 8:20 pm

The first thing I would make in my new black 7-qt Bowl Lift Stand Mixer by KitchenAid is my pumpkin bread recipe. It’s a big recipe, so the extra-large mixer bowl would be great. Thanks for the chance to win!

2895
Cheryl Newton November 12, 2011 at 8:24 pm

I bought a couple bags of those white chocolate-candy corn M&Ms before Halloween and (I know; shame on me) haven’t used them yet. So, the first thing I would make with this mxer (silver, please) is whatever yummy dessert-type item recipe I saved that calls for them. Cookie? Blondie? I read so many (way *too* many) food/recipe blogs and save so many recipes (currently 5 binders’ worth) that I can’t remember. But to break in this mixer, I won’t stop until I find that recipe!

2896
Sharon Ivy November 12, 2011 at 8:27 pm

I would make an Apricot Nectar Cake, just like my mom used to make!

2897
Kinna November 12, 2011 at 8:28 pm

Hi there!

First off, I’m a HUGE fan of your blog. I admire your willingness to help others out with blog designs, free fonts and digiscrapbooking freebies. Thank you kindly. As for utilizing this amazing state-of-the-art mixer, I would LOVE to try my hand at making a baked cheesecake recipe I came across on the following blog, featured at the bottom of the page:
http://www.cocoandme.com/page/2/

I recently tried a slice of baked cheesecake and just feell in love. It’s like no other cheesecake I’ve ever tried. I have my heart set on whipping up a similar concoction myself; but in order to produce a fluffy texture, I think I’ll need a mixer..or an incredibly strong arm, haha. Here’s to hoping!

2898

http://pearls-handcuffs-happyhour.blogspot.com/2011/07/cookie-monsters.html

We will then be participating in RAK (Random Acts of Kindness) and take them to the local fire departments and police department! :)
I sure hope I win!
