I don’t know what came over me. I was just learning how to use patterns and textures in photoshop. That’s it, I swear. But then I saw this really cute pillow in this decorating magazine. And I thought, Man, that would make some really cute scrapbook paper. And we all know I’m not above scanning in a pillow to make a cute design. Heck, I’ve even done it with a dog bed to make a blog background before. The next thing I knew I was acting like I knew what I was doing and trying to make digital scrapbooking papers :p
Now don’t get too excited or anything. ;) I don’t think this is going to be a regular gig for me. (Are those famous last words?) I enjoyed making the papers, but that’s about it. lol …You’ll be able to tell from the glaring lack of elements in this “kit”. Can it even be called a kit if it only has like 3 different elements? Hah.
Well anyway. Since I made it and everything, I figured I might as well share it with you guys too. :D
This kit includes:
22 papers
5 ribbons
5 buttons
4 stitches
If you like it, leave me a comment and let me know. :) If you use it, leave me a comment and a link so I can see it! :) If you want more papers, well, leave me a comment and let me know. I might could be talked into it. But only if ya’ll want ‘em. :D
And……..Before I forget……
We have a winner!!! :D
The winner of the $25 gift certificate to BloggerBoutique.com is

Love this Kit!! Now I’m wondering what I might be able to come up with to make some of these papers ::: goes running around the house to find things to stuff in the scanner :::
Seriously though, I love this and definitely want to see more from you!! Thanks!! :)
Awesome! Thanks!
Just beautiful, love the colors!! Thanks so much for sharing it with us!
What an awesome website! I really need the visuals to go step by step in photoshop and it was great. I love your freebie papers, too. I scanned a piece of scrapbook paper I thought was cute and did a basic background. Photobucket didn’t give me the option of enlarging to 1MB so the background did shrink on the blog. Any suggestions would be helpful.
Thanks for sharing your kit. I used it for my blog header paired with another sites background. I haven’t gotten good enough yet to do my own background! =)
Thanks again, do post another kit =)
~tiffany
Amanda thank you so much! I love it!! Might even create my blog a new header from it… hmmm….

Hi Amanda! Do you still have the tutorial on how to make your own custom blog desgign? Could you send me the link to it? Thanks for all the cute things you post on your blog :) I love it!
Hi Amanda,
Thanks so much for the tutorial! I was just playing around on photoshop too and was looking for new backgrounds when I found your blog! Can you help me figure out where or how you got the buttons and stitches? I have some papers and backgrounds of my own but I love the embellishments you give with buttons and stitches and the flowers you have now. Do you find them on the internet and download them or do you scan them in, if you scan them, how do you get it to be transparent behind them?
Thanks so much for your help!
http://www.makmchristensen.blogspot.com I have used your spring kit on their right now! Thanks!!!!
Hi Amanda, I’m pretty new to digital scrapbooking – was never too fond of it until I saw your design. I think you’re the first one that change my mind about digital scrapbooking. I love PS – currently using PS CS4.

I discovered your blog a few days ago and have not been able to tear myself away since. I am not into scrapbooking, but I do use Photoshop and have been enjoying using your fonts. I downloaded the sprink & fall kits to see what I could do with them for my LiveJournal. Oh, and your photographs are so amazing!
Thanks a lot!!
Love love love your papers.. When are you going to be giving new paper kits? :D
Here is a layout I made with your kit ( well not entirely, but atleast 70% of supplies from your kits)

Thank you so much for the digi kit! I’ve used it a couple of times now and it’s been super easy for me to figure out. I’d also like to thank you for the photoshop tutorial. I’ve had so much fun the last few days messing with my photos!
Dude, you are just too cool for words!! I’ve never used any kind of digi-scrapping anything ever, so I may be back to beg you for help! These are so super cute though–I’ll be sure to let you know if I use them on my blog!!
Hi Amanda,
I enjoyed your personality that is so well displayed in your verbiage. I felt as if I had known you for years.
The creativity is amazing, love it.
hai!
this kit is really awesome! thanks for sharing ya!
HI there, Amanda
I’m pretty sure I already commented before, thanking you for this kit, but I’m using it again! I so love it, and I have to say thank you so much for being willing to share it for free! I’d love to use your papers to make creations to sell on Etsy, but if you’d rather that I didn’t then I’ll stick with the papers I already own. Thank you again! (PS I’ve never used them for business – but I sure did use them to make a cookbook for our church group, and they all loved it! I did that for free, inspired in part by you!)
love it!! so cute! i would love more!!
Thank you so much. I’m just starting. So very nice of you to share.
This is so pretty!! I might be persuaded to digiscrap again! :)

I LOVE your Spring kit!! I just tried the tutorial on Photoshop Elements 9 (it has the rulers and grids, thankfully) with a different design package but it did not come out right on my blog. I am using the minima template but with three columns. I then tried it on my other blog that is the minima template with two columns and it still did not fit. I will try again though because I think it looks great. :)
Great kit, thanks for sharing, Amanda!
Here’s the page that I’ve made with your kit:
