I retain and reserve the right to modify, update and change the Terms of Use for all fonts at anytime with or without notice. It is your responsibility to check for updates and changes to the Terms of Use.

YOU MAY

• You may use the fonts for your own personal scrapbook layouts and projects.

 

• You may use the fonts in personal layouts/projects that will be posted to online scrapbooking galleries and submitted to scrapbooking and related magazines for publication, as long as the font name and a link to www.kevinandamanda.com is given.

 

• You may use the fonts on your personal webpage / blog.

 

• You may share the fonts with your friends as long as you also provide them with a link to www.kevinandamanda.com

 

• You may use the fonts in scrap-for-hire projects, as long as a list of font names used and a link to www.kevinandamanda.com is provided to the customer if they are interested in supplies/fonts used.

 

DIGITAL DESIGNERS

If you are a digital designer and you want to use the fonts in kits / word art / elements / etc, you may use the fonts, in freebies or commercial kits, at no charge ONLY IF…

• You provide me with one copy of the completed version for my own personal use. This means, if you made a kit, and the kit included papers, embellishments, word art, and an alphabet, and one of those elements used one of my fonts, I want the entire kit, not just the one element that used my font. :) And if it is a Fonts for Peas font, one copy for the person whose handwriting I made the font from, if they are interested in digital scrapbooking. They will be made fully aware of your TOU and that your kit is not for sharing with anyone else.

 

• You include, in a text file, the name of the font AND a link back to either: Fonts for Peas or Free Scrapbook Fonts (whichever one you got the font from)

 

• If you used the fonts in one of the elements in your kit, you may also, if you choose to do so, include the TTF file in your kit, even in commercial kits, as long as you don’t charge extra for including the font, and as long as you include, in a text file, the name of the font AND a link back to either: Fonts for Peas or Free Scrapbook Fonts (whichever one you got the font from)

 

• Email me letting me know you are starting a design using one of my fonts, describe the design, and provide me with a link where the design will be posted. Then email me again once the design is completed with the completed design attached to the email. If, and only if, the file is too big to email (over 10MB) you may provide me with a direct link to download the design. But I really do not want to have to go to your webpage, 4shared, sign up for your site or whatever to download the design, if at all possible, just email it to me! :)
   

CONTACT ME IF

• You want to use the fonts in company logos / letterheads, web design, eBay product pages or eBay about me pages, cards or any type of art that will be used for the purpose of selling or generating income.

 

• You want to use the fonts on any other item that will be sold.

 

• GIVE ME AS MUCH INFORMATION AS POSSIBLE, (including a link if available) on what you will be selling and what you will be using the font for and any other information I might need. Permission will be granted on a case by case basis.

 

YOU MAY NOT

• You may not use the fonts for any harmful, pornographic, or racial material or material that may be deemed harmful or offensive to another person.

 

• You may not claim the fonts as your own.

 

• You may not sell the fonts, including adding the fonts to a CD that will be sold.

 

LIMITED LIABILITY
Neither Amanda Bottoms nor www.kevinandamanda.com shall be held liable for any damages resulting from the use of these items.
