I found your web site yesterday morning and I am really excited about it. I have been raving to all my friends on Facebook. Right now, I am in the middle of trying out your Perfect Pulled Pork recipe. My 8 lbs Pork Butt soaked in the brine solution for over 11 hours & it’s been in the oven for nearly 2 hours now. I won’t be pulling pork until about 4 or 5AM in the morning LOL. I can’t wait to try it.
I’ve been reading ALL the Great comments you get & I’m ready to run back out to the store to get all the ingredients I need for THIS recipe & try this. I’ve posted to my friends on FB “This is the most amazing recipe web site I have ever seen on the Internet in all my years of web surfing. WOW LOL”

Hi Amanda, thanks for this recipe. I made it tonight and it was the best Chicken Alfredo I’ve ever tasted. I used chicken strips instead of full chicken breasts and they cooked very fast – so no problem with undercooking or burning. I’ve made several of your recipes and I love to use fresh herbs from my garden – so I always look for recipes that call for herbs. Thanks for the great recipes and photos. I’ve told several friends to check out your site. :)

This recipe is a homerun! I made it on Monday for my husband and myself and we both LOVED it. Hubby even took the leftovers to work the next day for lunch :) Awesomely good flavor, and it was fun to make!!
