For both of our Toledo and Segovia day trips from Madrid, we took the 9 AM train, and came back on an afternoon train, like around 4 PM, so we were back in Madrid for dinner. That gave us plenty of time to explore both cites.

    Wow~ must be amazing to see in person, but your photo’s are still wetting my travel appetite. Some day!!! I took Latin in high school and college and always thought I see the Roman Aqueducts, but it was not meant to be, at least for now.
